Jakarta (ANTARA) - Komando Armada (Koarmada) I TNI Angkatan Laut menyiapkan kapal cepat rudal kelas Sampari, KRI Halasan-630 untuk melakukan uji tembak rudal Exocet MM40 Block 3 dalam Latihan Operasi Laut Gabungan (Latopslagab) 2024 di Laut Jawa dan Laut Bali.
Panglima Komando Armada (Pangkoarmada) I Laksamana Muda TNI Yoos Suryono Hadi saat ditemui selepas memimpin upacara di Kompleks Satuan Koarmada I Pondok Dayung, Jakarta, Kamis, menyebutkan bahwa pihaknya segera mengecek langsung kesiapan KRI Halasan yang saat ini bersandar di Surabaya, Jawa Timur.
“Untuk kegiatan latihan operasi laut gabungan nanti akan disiapkan satu KRI, yaitu KRI Halasan dari Satuan Kapal Cepat Koarmada I yang sekarang lagi berada di Surabaya untuk pemantapan kondisi teknis, yang rencananya akan melakukan penembakan rudal Exocet MM40 Block 3,” kata Yoos menjawab pertanyaan Antara.
Dia memastikan KRI Halasan siap mengikuti latihan operasi laut gabungan tahun ini yang dijadwalkan berlangsung dalam waktu dekat.
“Kami siapkan dengan sebaik-baiknya. Kemungkinan besok saya akan ke sana untuk mengecek,” kata Yoos, yang dalam perjalanan kariernya juga pernah bertugas di kapal cepat rudal.
Latihan operasi laut gabungan merupakan agenda rutin Komando Armada (Koarmada) RI TNI AL yang melibatkan kapal-kapal dan prajurit dari tiga armada TNI AL, yaitu Koarmada I, Koarmada II, dan Koarmada III.
Koarmada I TNI AL saat ini bermarkas di Tanjungpinang, Kepulauan Riau, dan membawahi lima pangkalan utama (lantamal) TNI AL, yaitu Lantamal I Belawan, Lantamal II Padang, Lantamal III Jakarta, Lantamal IV Batam, dan Lantamal XII Pontianak.
Kemudian, Koarmada II yang bermarkas di Surabaya, Jawa Timur, membawahi juga lima lantamal, yaitu Lantamal V Surabaya, Lantamal VI Makassar, Lantamal VII Kupang, Lantamal VIII Manado, dan Lantamal XIII Tarakan.
Terakhir, Koarmada III yang bermarkas di Sorong, Papua Barat Daya, membawahi empat pangkalan, yaitu Lantamal IX Ambon, Lantamal X Jayapura, Lantamal XI Merauke, dan Lantamal XIV Sorong.
