"SpetsTeсhnoExport" starts cooperation in defense industry with Philippines
Pavlo Barbul, Director of SFTE “SpetsTechnoExport” and Oleg Hladkovskiy, First Deputy to the Secretary of the NSDC of Ukraine, during the working visit to the Republic of the Philippines, held an official meeting with the Secretary of National Defense Delfin N.Lorenzana and a number of negotiations with the senior leadership of defense offices of the country. The parties discussed the potential of cooperation between the countries, particularly in the field of shipbuilding, production of air defense means, UAV's, radar equipment and weapon systems.
"In fact, the Philippines with its market and economy are opening up huge prospects for Ukrainian developers and manufacturers. Shipbuilding, various weapon systems, radars, UAVs - this is nowhere near a full list of what Ukraine can offer as part of a mutually beneficial defense cooperation", - said the First Deputy to the Secretary of the NSDC of Ukraine.
This visit has to be a new starting point for the development of efficient cooperation and contribute to strengthening of national security of both states.

It was a figure of speech. The American had a policy of limited warefare during the Vietnam War. They cant strike directly at the weapons supplier to the North Vietnamese (China & the USSR) or it would be WW3.

Its unfair comparisson because different condition. US loose in viet war doesn't meaning US weaker than Indo if Muarif's comparison is true (actually I'm not agree with Muarif conclussion).
So I wrote before, US loose because the other factor not millitary power weaker than vietcong.
I think, the biggest war that US involve is in Viet. Thats true US didn't directly attack China and USSR. But US directly attack Vietcong (include China's army) so 58.315 die and 1.100 China's army die (wikipedia).
I'm agree for all reason, Vietcong is winner in that war. And I'm agree too, for all reason US loose in that war. Could not attack Vietcong weapon supplier is not reason US loose. Vietcong's geurillia tactics succes killed the enemy. That tactics succes if know how battle field better.

c) The PLA (secara tidak rasmi)

f) The Khmer Rouge
The North Vietnamese Regulars and the Vietcong is different bro. They are not the same. True the PLA was involved but not as front line units. Most of the casualties suffered by the PLA was military advisers.

Hapusheavy MBTs are not applicable in our roads and bridges but armored transport vehicles and fire support vehicles such as M-113 or BTR-80 is much more needed by our ground forces. Shed anuar is right we need more CAS and attack helicopters
