MYLESAT.COM – Lockheed Martin akan menuntaskan tanggung jawabnya dalam membuat dan mengirimkan lima pesawat C-130J-30 Super Hercules pesanan Pemerintah Indonesia untuk dioperasikan TNI AU. Pesawat terakhir A-1342 direncanakan akan mendarat di Lanud Halim Perdanakusuma pada Kamis, 16 Mei 2024 pada pukul 14.18 WIB.
Ferry flight C-130J A-1342 direncanakan akan dimulai dari Dobbins Air Reserve Base di Marietta, Georgia, Amerika Serikat pada hari Jumat, 10 Mei 2024. Menurut informasi yang mylesat.com terima, A-1342 akan lepas landas dari Dobbins pada pukul 10 local time (21.00 WIB).
Penerbangan jarak jauh dari wilayah pantai timur Amerika Serikat hingga ke Jakarta ini akan menghabiskan flying time sekitar 34,25 jam. Pesawat akan diterbangkan oleh instruktur pilot dari Lockheed Martin bersama penerbang dari Skadron Udara 31.
Setelah menempuh penerbangan selama 6 jam 44 menit, pesawat akan mendarat di Monterey, California untuk bermalam. Letak Georgia jika dilihat di peta, hampir segaris dengan California sehingga menjadikan penerbangan leg pertama ini akan menyenangkan. Karena personel TNI AU yang on board di pesawat akan bisa menikmati pemandangan wilayah AS dari udara.
Esok paginya, di jam yang sama, A-1342 akan melanjutkan penerbangan feri ke Honolulu. Penerbangan akan berlangsung selama 7 jam 15 menit.
Rute California – Honolulu ini menjadi awal dimulainya critical path dalam en-route pesawat dari AS ke Indonesia. Karena sejak meninggalkan Bandara Monterey di California, pesawat akan terus berada di atas Samudera Pasifik sebelum mendarat di Honolulu.
Setelah menghabiskan waktu istirahat selama sehari penuh di Honolulu yang indah, pesawat akan melanjutkan penerbangan ke Atol Kwajelein pada 13 Mei 2024. Penerbangan ini berlangsung selama 7 jam 22 menit.
Sehari kemudian, rute yang ditempuh adalah dari Kwajelein ke Guam dengan waktu tempuh 4 jam 36 menit. Pesawat akan mendarat di Bandara Internasional Antonio B. Won Pat.
Guam akan menjadi pemberhentian terakhir C-130J A-1342 sebelum melanjutkan final leg ke tujuan akhir yaitu Lanud Halim Perdanakusuma di Jakarta. Penerbangan ke Jakarta akan menjadi waktu tempuh terlama yaitu 8 jam 18 menit.
Kedatangan C-130J-30 Super Hercules A-1342 akan kembali menggaungkan program modernisasi transport fleet TNI AU, yang diharapkan akan terus berkelanjutan. Banyak pihak berharap, batch pertama lima pesawat ini akan dilanjutkan dengan pengadaan Tipe J selanjutnya.

4 buah BlackHawk itu disewa kepada Aerotree Defence Services Sdn Bhd sebanyak RM 187 Juta dan 2 daripadanya sepatutnya tiba hujung April bagi membolehkan penubuhan Pasukan Nukleus Pasukan Udara Tentera Darat
