10. Proyek pengadaan pesawat angkut taktis multiguna, Tahap 1, 2026-2030, Tahap 2, 2029-2033, dan Tahap 3, 2032-2036
Pengadaan pesawat angkut taktis multiguna beserta peralatan, suku cadang, sistem pendukung pelatihan, pelatihan, dan biaya lain yang diperlukan untuk mendukung misi transportasi udara, evakuasi medis udara, serta bantuan publik dan tanggap bencana, yang kemungkinan akan menggantikan pesawat angkut C-130H dari Skuadron 601, Wing 6.
Ini kemungkinan akan menjadi persaingan antara pesawat angkut Lockheed Martin C-130J Super Hercules milik AS dan pesawat angkut Embraer C-390 Millennium milik Brasil.
11. Proyek pengadaan pesawat angkut VIP untuk menggantikan pesawat angkut Airbus A340-500 ke-19 tahun 2025-2028
Pengadaan pesawat angkut VIP untuk menggantikan pesawat angkut Airbus A340-500, Skadron 602, Wing 6, 1 pesawat, beserta dekorasi kabin penumpang, pelatihan, pengadaan suku cadang, peralatan, dan sistem terkait untuk mendukung pengiriman dan perawatan pasukan. Pesawat angkut jarak jauh ini berbadan lebar dan minimal 2 mesin turbofan.
Pesawat angkut VIP ini dapat dilengkapi dengan sistem pengisian bahan bakar dan didukung untuk dapat melakukan pengisian bahan bakar di udara dengan pesawat tempur F-16A/B dan pesawat tempur JAS-39 Gripen C/D/E/F milik Angkatan Udara Kerajaan Thailand. Diketahui bahwa ini akan menjadi proyek pengadaan pesawat angkut udara dan pengisian bahan bakar Airbus A330 MRTT (Multi Role Tanker Transport). Anggaran sebesar 12.144.000.000 baht ($359.390.994) merupakan anggaran Kantor Sekretaris Tetap Perdana Menteri, Kantor Perdana Menteri, yang sebelumnya dilaporkan digunakan untuk transportasi VIP dan pengisian bahan bakar udara dengan efektivitas biaya yang tinggi.
12. Proyek Modifikasi Pesawat Royal Rainmaking Mission, Pesawat Angkut Tipe Basler BT-67, 2024-2027
Meningkatkan kemampuan pesawat angkut BT-67, Skuadron 461, Wing 46, Phitsanulok dengan meningkatkan sistem Avionik di kokpit, 4 unit, termasuk sistem radar cuaca (Weather Radar) dan sistem peringatan ketinggian rendah (TAWS: Terrain Avoidance Warning System) atau sistem Radio Altimeter.
13. Proyek pengadaan pesawat angkut pengganti pesawat angkut BT-67, 2031-2035
Pengadaan pesawat angkut pengganti pesawat angkut jenis BT-67, Skadron 461, Wing 46, untuk misi jarak pendek, lengkap dengan peralatan, suku cadang, sistem pendukung pelatihan, pelatihan, dan biaya lain yang diperlukan, yang dimaksud adalah pesawat angkut taktis berukuran sedang dengan propeller bermesin ganda.
Seperti pesawat angkut Airbus C295 yang saat ini digunakan oleh Angkatan Darat Kerajaan Thailand atau pesawat angkut Leonardo C-27J Spartan.

14. Proyek pengadaan pesawat latih pengganti PC-9, Tahap 2, 2027-2029
Pengadaan pesawat latih untuk menggantikan pesawat latih ke-19, Pilatus PC-9 Mustang, yaitu pesawat latih ke-22, Beechcraft T-6TH (T-6C) Texan II, sebanyak 2 pesawat, berikut perlengkapan, suku cadang, sistem pendukung pelatihan, pelatihan, dan biaya lain yang diperlukan untuk mendukung misi pelatihan siswa penerbang Angkatan Udara. Sekolah Penerbangan Kamphaeng Saen Angkatan Udara Kerajaan Thailand telah menonaktifkan pesawat latih PC-9 terakhir dari 26 pesawatnya yang telah beroperasi sejak 1991 pada tanggal 2 Februari 2024 dan menggantinya dengan 12 pesawat latih T-6TH Texan II yang telah diserahkan sepenuhnya pada tanggal 22 Agustus 2023.
Pengadaan 2 pesawat T-6TH tambahan akan menambah jumlah pesawat di skuadron pelatihan lanjutan, Divisi Pelatihan Penerbangan, Sekolah Penerbangan menjadi total 14 pesawat, sehingga meningkatkan kesiapan untuk mendukung pelatihan siswa penerbangan.

15. Proyek pengadaan pesawat latih utama untuk menggantikan pesawat CT-4E pada tahun 2033-2037
Pengadaan pesawat latih untuk menggantikan CT-4E Airtrainer, skuadron pelatihan dasar, Divisi Pelatihan Penerbangan, Sekolah Penerbangan Kamphaeng Saen, yang telah digunakan sejak tahun 1999. Pesawat ini direncanakan akan dinonaktifkan karena keterbatasan struktural dan sistem penggerak serta perawatan pesawat.
Penggantian 24 pesawat latih CT-4E yang dikirimkan dari tahun 1999-2005 dipahami sebagai pengadaan pesawat latih dengan kinerja lebih tinggi daripada Diamond DA40 NG Diamond Star, yang sebelumnya digunakan untuk menggantikan pesawat latih CT-4A/B.

16. Proyek Penelitian dan Pengembangan Kendaraan Udara Nirawak M Solar-X 2022-2024
Penelitian dan pengembangan sistem udara nirawak kecil, berkinerja tinggi, dan berada di ketinggian rendah yang menggunakan energi surya untuk digunakan dalam melindungi pangkalan militer, yang memungkinkan pasukan darat meningkatkan kemampuan mereka untuk memeriksa dan berpatroli di sekitar pangkalan dalam misi perlindungan pangkalan Angkatan Udara.
17. Proyek produksi UAV M Solar-X untuk misi pertahanan pangkalan pada tahun 2025, 2026, dan 2027
Produksi kendaraan udara nirawak kecil, berkinerja tinggi, dan berada di ketinggian rendah yang menggunakan energi surya untuk misi pertahanan pangkalan Angkatan Udara Navaminda Kasatriyadhiraj Royal Thai Air Force Academy (NKRTAFA) telah menyelesaikan penelitian dan pengembangan sistem udara nirawak M Solar-X dan telah memulai produksi oleh Thai Aviation Industries Co., Ltd. (TAI) di Thailand untuk mulai dikirimkan ke Batalyon Angkatan Udara di berbagai pangkalan udara dan pangkalan.

19. Proyek produksi Kamikaze/Decoy UAS pada tahun 2026, 2027 dan 2028
Produksi Kamikaze Drone dengan kemampuan untuk menyerang target stasioner dengan sistem pemandu jarak menengah, meningkatkan kemampuan Angkatan Udara untuk melaksanakan misi.
Keluarga Kamikaze Drone (KB) (Kamikaze Bomber) yang dikembangkan oleh Akademi Angkatan Laut Angkatan Udara Kerajaan Thailand, Pusat Penelitian dan Pengembangan Sains dan Teknologi Antariksa dan Aeronautika, dan Direktorat Persenjataan Angkatan Udara Kerajaan Thailand. Terdiri dari drone bunuh diri KB-5E dan drone bunuh diri KB-10G, diharapkan dapat menyelesaikan berbagai pengujian pada tahun 2025 dan memulai produksi pada tahun 2026, yang dipahami diproduksi oleh TAI Thailand, seperti halnya drone M Solar-X.

20. Proyek Penelitian dan Pengembangan Sistem Kendaraan Udara Nirawak Ketinggian Tinggi sebagai Satelit Tahap 1 2024-2030 dan Tahap 2 2030-2035
Penelitian dan pengembangan kemampuan kendaraan udara nirawak Satelit Semu Ketinggian Tinggi (HAPS) untuk dapat melakukan misi pengintaian strategis, mampu mengembangkan untuk memasang sistem fotografi dengan resolusi kurang dari 0,3 meter dan memiliki durasi operasional yang lama, di luar jangkauan deteksi level pertahanan udara musuh.
Angkatan Udara Kerajaan Thailand pertama kali meluncurkan konsep pesawat satelit virtual M-Pseudo SAT di pameran Defence & Security 2022, dengan prototipe dan pengujian yang akan menyusul.

21. Proyek Pengembangan Kemampuan Operasional Pesawat Nirawak Angkatan Udara, Tahap 1, 2026-2029
Pengadaan 4 sistem deteksi EO/IR (Elektro-Optik/Inframerah) untuk UAV pengintai Aerostar BP ke-1, Skuadron 301, Wing 3, Watthana Nakhon, dan UAV pengintai Aeronautics Dominator XP ke-3, Skuadron 302, Wing 3.
22. Proyek Pengembangan Kemampuan Operasional Pesawat Nirawak Angkatan Udara, Tahap 2, 2027-2030 (2027-2030)
Pengadaan sistem pesawat nirawak pengganti untuk sistem pesawat nirawak Aerostar BP, lengkap dengan peralatan, suku cadang, sistem pendukung pelatihan, pelatihan, dan biaya lain yang diperlukan.
23.Proyek Penelitian dan Pengembangan Mikro/Nano UAS & Swarm UAS Tahap 1 2027-2032 dan Tahap 2 2031-2036
Penelitian dan pengembangan untuk mempelajari kelayakan, termasuk penelitian dan pengembangan Mikro/Nano UAS Swarm Drone untuk diperkenalkan ke dalam produksi oleh industri pertahanan.
24.Proyek Penelitian dan Pengembangan Sistem Pesawat Nirawak Taktis UCAV Tahap 1 2029-2034 dan Tahap 2 2034-2037
Penelitian dan pengembangan untuk mempelajari kelayakan, penelitian dan pengembangan Teknologi Pesawat Nirawak Taktis untuk misi keamanan Angkatan Udara, untuk lebih mengembangkan penelitian ke dalam lini produksi dan untuk digunakan di Angkatan Udara dan/atau lembaga eksternal.
25. Proyek Penelitian dan Pengembangan Sistem Kerjasama Pesawat Nirawak Berawak-Tak Berawak (MUM-T), Tahap 1, 2029-2035 dan Tahap 2, 2035-2037
Penelitian dan pengembangan untuk mempelajari kelayakan, penelitian dan pengembangan teknologi Kerjasama Pesawat Berawak-Tak Berawak dalam misi keamanan Angkatan Udara, pengembangan lebih lanjut penelitian ke dalam lini produksi dan implementasi di Angkatan Udara dan/atau lembaga eksternal.
Saat ini, Angkatan Udara Kerajaan Thailand memiliki pedoman untuk mengembangkan industri pertahanan Thailand dengan menggunakan Kebijakan Offset sebagai bagian penting dari proyek dengan menetapkan transfer pengetahuan dari pengadaan senjata dan peralatan dari luar negeri dan mendukung penelitian dan pengembangan yang mengarah pada produksi dalam negeri untuk kemandirian berkelanjutan di masa depan meskipun ada kendala anggaran.

MALONDESH has reportedly sought the Kuwaiti jets since at least 2017. The legacy Hornet is thought to “increase the level of preparedness and capability of the RMAF in safeguarding the country’s airspace”. While the acquisition of the secondhand Hornets would help to complement the RMAF’s fleet of Hornets, they come with their own set of challenges.
The MALONDESH Ministry of Defence had submitted no less than three letters to the Kuwaiti government over the past few years in a bid to acquire the fighters. However, the discussions were stymied by political imbroglios in the Kuwaiti goverment.
