2025, PTDI Menyatakan Siap Optimalkan Kapasitas Produksi Roket untuk TNI
TEMPO.CO, Bandung - PT Dirgantara Indonesia (PTDI) menyatakan 2025 sebagai momen untuk optimasi kapasitas produksi sistem senjata untuk mendukung pemenuhan kebutuhan alat utama sistem pertahanan TNI. Salah satu produk yang disiapkan adalah sistem roket dengan berbagai platform berbekal lisensi dari Thales Belgium, bagian dari Thales Group.
Fasilitas produksi sistem roket PTDI tersebut berada di Kawasan Produksi (KP) III Tasikmalaya. Kawasan tersebut mempunyai kapasitas produksi roket 10 ribu unit per tahun dan Warhead 5 ribu unit per tahun. Termasuk dengan Firing Control System dan integrasinya.
“Tahun 2025 menjadi momentum bagi PTDI untuk membuktikan bahwa kami siap menyongsong masa depan yang lebih cerah," kata Direktur Utama PTDI Gita Amperiawan dikutip dari keterangannya dalam siaran pers PTDI, Senin, 30 Desember 2024. Menurutnya, PTDI siap memenuhi kebutuhan alat pertahanan keamanan yang dibutuhkan Indonesia tahun 2025-2029.
Gita juga menekankan cerahnya masa depan PTDI itu dengan menyebut kontrak-kontrak yang telah berhasil diperoleh tiga tahun ke belakang, serta berbagai kolaborasi strategis yang dijalin. "Tidak hanya dengan partner di dalam negeri, tapi juga dengan beberapa global key player di industri dirgantara.”

PTDI, Gita menambahkan, juga tetap mempertahankan fokusnya pada bidang kedirgantaraan dengan menyediakan produk pesawat yang berkualitas dan kompetitif, disertai inovasi teknologi terkini juga sekaligus mengupayakan pengembangan ekosistem dirgantara.
PTDI menandatangani dokumen Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) dengan PT Yasa Artha Trimanunggal dan PT Semuwa Aviasi Mandiri (SAM Air) pada 22 November 2024 lalu. Kerja sama tersebut untuk penyediaan 12 unit pesawat produksi PTDI. Dua di antaranya pesawat NC212 series untuk mendukung program ketahanan pangan nasional untuk mendukung distribusi pangan ke daerah terpencil melalui rute perintis yang sulit di akses di wilayah Indonesia timur.
Dua pesawat NC212i tersebut merupakan pesawat bekas yang sudah dioperasikan oleh operator sebelumnya dan akan dilakukan refurbish oleh PTDI. Pengoperasiannya ditujukan sebagai bridging moda transportasi logistik sebelum dikirimkan unit pertama pesawat N219.
Sementara saat ini PTDI sedang menyelesaikan produksi satu unit pesawat CN235-220 Militrary Transport pesanan Kementerian Pertahanan untuk TNI AL, serta pesawat NC212i yang ke-7 dari 9 pesawat pesanan Kementerian Pertahanan untuk TNI AU. Pesawat untuk TNI AL saat ini akan memasuki fase pengerjaan Basic Airframe. Sementara pesawat untuk TNI AU ditargetkan rampung pada Februari 2025.
Disampaikan Gita apresiasi atas kepercayaan yang telah diberikan mitra strategis di sektor pemerintah, seperti Kementerian Pertahanan, Bappenas, dan BRIN. "Kami harap keberadaan PTDI dapat mendorong kemajuan dan berdampak baik bagi kebangkitan industri dirgantara tanah air,” katanya.

You can compare both the F-16 and FA-50s taxi-ing on the runway with the much larger F-15s and F-4 Phantoms in the beginning minute. 5. F-16s are also faster (Mach 2 v 1.5) and have a thrust-to-weight ratio of 1.1 v. 0.96. Therefore it will climb much faster. The larger F-16 also has a longer ranged radar.

According to him, the delivery of the 36 remaining jets in the PL version custom-made for Poland "is largely at risk" and delays in their deliveries may reach nine months.
While praising the role the FA-50s are playing in the Polish Air Force, Tomczyk said that they can only be used as training aircraft.

PMX DS Anwar Ibrahim today announce an allocation of RM40.6 billion for the national security sector from the RM461 billion 2025 national budget. This is an increase of RM2 billion for the sector which includes Home and Defence ministries, from the 2024 budget of RM38.7 billion.
Defence got RM21.1 billion allocation, an increase of RM1.4 billion from last year, while Home will get RM19.5 billion, an increase of some RM500 million. Others have made the calculations that the Defence’s stake of the budget is 1.2 per cent of the Malaysian GDP. That said most of the allocation is FOR SALARIES AND OTHER STUFF AND NOT ASSETS.
Operational Expenditure for Defence in 2025 is RM13.363 billion while Development Expenditure is RM7.492 billion. The OE allocation is an increase of some RM1 billion while the increase in DE is around RM450 million. The highest increase in OE is for the emolument (salaries and allowances) which amounted to RM8.773 billion. It is interesting to note that the increase in DE is for services and supply (RM1.906 billion) while asset procurement is down to RM5.585 billion, down by some RM250 million from last year.
From the DE, the Army will be getting RM1.197 billion, of which RM218 million is for construction of new facilities and RM980 million is for assets. RMN is getting RM2.25 billion, RM150 million (facilities) and RM2.1 billion, assets. RM2.3 billion is for RMAF, RM65 million for facilities and RM2.2 billion for assets. For the three services, RM663 million is allocated.

RM11 billion annually also sounds reasonable if we look at the current US dollar exchange rate – US$2.5 billion – and the challenges ahead. But again, MAF has been let down by the government which has not say why it has not approve the budget requests. To me at least give us the reason why it has not try to meet the challenges faced by MAF. MAF acknowledges the conundrum which resulted in it coming out with the CAP 55 and 15 to 5 transformation plans. Despite this, the government has yet to stick to the plan and instead goes out of the way not to stick to it.
Yes, in the three terms he has been in power, PMX has given the highest DE budget for the last three decades. In 2023 he allocated RM6.041 billion, RM7.053 bilion and the latest RM7.492 billion. But it is still not enough to recover from the Covid years and the under-investment for the last three decades. Not when the MAF is still operating some 171 assets which are three decades old. Could he have given more to meet the defence budget? I have no idea, really as I am not purview to the government finances.
Unfortunately, recent events does not augur well for MAF. Can MAF recover in the next RMK? Only time will tell and if the world does not goes berserk first.
