PT Barata Indonesia (Persero) berhasil menyelesaikan produksi komponen kapal perang Fregat dengan mensupport PT Pal Indonesia. Komponen tersebut antara lain V-Bracket, I-Bracket dan Stern Tube. Keberhasilan ini menjadi pencapaian penting bagi Barata Indonesia sebagai BUMN manufaktur yang memiliki peran besar dalam mendukung industri pertahanan nasional, khususnya dalam penyediaan komponen kapal dengan standar internasional.
Proses penyelesaian komponen V-Bracket ini juga telah melalui asesmen dari tim teknis PT PAL Indonesia. Dalam kunjungan tersebut, tim meninjau fasilitas produksi Barata Indonesia, termasuk permesinan dan sistem quality control, guna memastikan standar kualitas dan presisi terpenuhi. Hasil asesmen pun menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas serta produk Barata Indonesia mampu menjawab kebutuhan pembangunan kapal perang. Dari sisi kualitas, pekerjaan Ini dibawah pengawasan ketat Llyod's Register, sebuah organisasi internasional penyedia layanan dan sertifikasi kapal, struktur maritim dan sistemnya.

Direktur PT Barata Indonesia (Persero), Hertyoso Nursasongko, menyampaikan bahwa keberhasilan ini membuktikan kompetensi industri manufaktur dalam negeri. “Keterlibatan Barata Indonesia dalam penyediaan komponen V-Bracket memperlihatkan kapasitas kami untuk memenuhi spesifikasi teknis yang ketat. Hal ini sekaligus menegaskan bahwa industri nasional dapat diandalkan dalam memperkuat kemandirian alutsista,” ujarnya.
Keberhasilan penyelesaian V-Bracket sekaligus memperkuat sinergi antara Barata Indonesia, PT PAL Indonesia dalam proyek strategis pertahanan maritim. Pencapaian ini diharapkan tidak hanya mendukung keberlanjutan pembangunan kapal perang, tetapi juga meningkatkan daya saing industri manufaktur nasional di level global.
