Debarkasi peralatan tempur AS dari kapal MV Cape Hudson (all photos: puspen TNI)
Jakarta (ANTARA) - Kapal angkut Amerika Serikat MV Cape Hudson sandar di Banyuwangi, Jawa Timur, Senin (12/8), dan menurunkan sejumlah alutsistanya, antara lain, helikopter Chinook serta beberapa kendaraan taktis untuk mengikuti Latihan Gabungan Bersama (Latgabma) Super Garuda Shield (SGS) 2024.
Latgabma Super Garuda Shield, yang merupakan latihan militer multilateral besutan Indonesia dan AS, dijadwalkan dibuka di Dermaga Ujung Komando Armada II, Surabaya, Jawa Timur, pada tanggal 25 Agustus, dan latihannya dijadwalkan mulai 26 Agustus hingga 6 September 2024.
Komandan Pangkalan TNI Angkatan Laut (Danlanal) Banyuwangi Letkol Laut (P) Hafidz, sebagaimana dikutip dari siaran resmi Pusat Penerangan (Puspen) TNI yang dikonfirmasi di Jakarta, Senin, menjelaskan bahwa sejumlah prajurit dan kapal tersebut untuk membantu debarkasi alat utama sistem senjata (alutsista) milik Angkatan Darat AS itu, termasuk juga untuk pengamanan selama mereka di Banyuwangi.
"Kami mengerahkan prajurit Lanal Banyuwangi serta unsur Patroli Keamanan Laut (Patkamla) KAL Rajegwesi II-5-40, KAL Sembulungan II-5-42, RHIB, dan RBB untuk pengamanan di area Dermaga Tanjung Wangi," katanya.
Danlanal Banyuwangi menambahkan bahwa bantuan pengamanan itu sampai militer AS menyelesaikan kegiatannya di dermaga, yang merupakan wilayah kerja Lanal Banyuwangi.
Di lokasi berbeda, berbagai persiapan juga dikerjakan prajurit Korps Marinir TNI Angkatan Laut yang juga akan menjadi peserta latihan.
Komandan Batalyon Infanteri 5 Marinir Letkol Marinir Ahmad Fauzi memimpin apel gelar kesiapan Latgabma SGS 2024 di Lapangan Apel Kesatrian Marinir Soeroto II Ujung, Semampir, Surabaya, Jawa Timur, Senin.
Dalam apel itu, Letkol Ahmad Fauzi mengecek kesiapan prajurit, persenjataan, serta alutsista yang bakal digunakan saat latihan.
Ia berpesan kepada prajurit Batalyon Infanteri 5 Marinir untuk memeriksa kembali kelengkapan masing-masing agar seluruhnya selalu dalam siap, terutama saat latihan nanti.
Prajurit Batalyon Infanteri 5 Marinir itu akan mengikuti latihan pendaratan amfibi bersama pasukan dari Komando Indo-Pasifik Amerika Serikat (US Indopacom) di Pantai Banongan, Situbondo, Jawa Timur.
Latgabma Super Garuda Shield 2024 bakal diikuti 19 negara, di antaranya Indonesia sebagai tuan rumah, AS, Australia, Jepang, Singapura, Inggris, Selandia Baru, Kanada, Perancis, Jerman, Filipina, Korea Selatan, Papua, Nugini, dan Timor Leste.
Latihan itu, yang rutin digelar tiap tahun di Indonesia, bakal mempertemukan pasukan militer dari berbagai negara untuk mengikuti rangkaian latihan seperti pengambilan keputusan dalam operasi gabungan, manuver lapangan, patroli hutan, operasi pendaratan amfibi, penerjunan siang dan malam, penyerbuan dan pembebasan sandera, penembakan senjata terintegrasi, dan bakti sosial berupa layanan kesehatan gratis, kemudian pembangunan/renovasi fasilitas publik.
Latihan itu sebagian besar berlangsung di Jawa Timur, sedangkan penerjunan di Dawuan, Subang, Jawa Barat.

“Proses perolehan bagi aset-aset baharu ini dijangka berlangsung sehingga 2030. Kesemua perolehan aset TLDM ini dianggarkan berjumlah RM10 – RM11 bilion bergantung kepada keadaan ekonomi semasa kerajaan,” katanya.

Di super Garuda Shield penggunaan alutsista seperti MBT, UCAV pesawat tempur, Helikopter serang, satuan artileri berpermandu, dan infanteri yang dilengkapi rudal anti tank, dll adalah hal yang biasa, karena yang ingin dipelajari oleh TNI adalah kemampuan interoperabilitas, C4ISR, dan kemampuan penyediaan logistik 😊

SUPPLEMENTARY BUDGET = NO EXERCISES
Anyhow Deputy Defence Minister Adly Zahari told Parliament that the supplementary budget was necessary as the allocation for 2022 was lower some RM401 million from the 2021 one. The supplementary funds will pay for utility bills – electricity, internet, and sewage – (RM115 million); Maritime Security Operations (RM139 million) and Air Defence Operations (RM49 million).
Adly attributed the increase for maritime security operations due to higher fuel costs, new assets namely the four LMS and three Maritime Operations Helicopters and overseas exercises. He did not name the overseas exercises, but we know that RMN ships took part in exercises and other engagements in Japan, Hawaii, and Australia.

Malaysia Plan, 2021-2025 (Twelfth Plan), the Government maintained the statutory debt limit at 65% of GDP under the Loan (Local) (Statutory Ceiling for Borrowing) and Government Funding (Statutory Ceiling of Moneys Received) Order 2022 [P.U.
