SEOUL (Yonhap) -- Kepala badan pengadaan senjata negara telah mengadakan pembicaraan dengan menteri pertahanan Malaysia mengenai cara-cara memperluas kerja sama industri senjata, kata kantornya pada Senin, di tengah upaya Seoul untuk mencapai lebih banyak kesepakatan pertahanan dengan negara-negara Asia Tenggara.
Seok Jong-gun, Kepala Defense Acquisition Program Administration (DAPA), bertemu dengan Menteri Pertahanan Malaysia Mohamed Khaled Nordin di sela-sela acara Defence Service Asia Exhibition and Conference (DSA 2024) di Kuala Lumpur Selasa lalu.
Kedua belah pihak membahas kemajuan terkini dalam ekspor pesawat serang ringan FA-50 Korea Selatan ke Malaysia setelah Korea Aerospace Industries menandatangani kesepakatan pada Mei lalu untuk memasok 18 FA-50 ke Kuala Lumpur, menurut DAPA.
Mereka juga mengadakan pembicaraan mengenai lebih banyak ekspor jet tersebut dan sepakat untuk menjajaki kemungkinan ekspor sistem artileri roket K239 Chunmoo Korea Selatan dan sistem rudal permukaan-udara-ke-ke-udara jarak menengah Cheongung-II, katanya.
Vietnam, Filipina, dan Thailand
Seok juga bertemu dengan pejabat pertahanan dari Vietnam, Filipina dan Thailand untuk melakukan pembicaraan mengenai cara memperkuat kerja sama industri pertahanan dan senjata, menurut DAPA.
Para pejabat Filipina menyatakan minatnya terhadap jet tempur KF-21 Korea Selatan yang sedang dikembangkan, FA-50, dan kapal selam, sementara pembicaraan dengan para pejabat Vietnam berfokus pada K-9 self-propelled howitzer, yang telah dinyatakan diminati oleh Vietnam, katanya.
Korea Selatan bertujuan untuk mengamankan ekspor senjata senilai US$20 miliar tahun ini, dibandingkan dengan kontrak ekspor pertahanan senilai $14 miliar yang dicapai tahun lalu.

Ini berikutan rancangan TUDM untuk menghantar sepasukan pegawai ke negara Teluk tersebut dalam masa terdekat tentang perkara berkenaan.
Sekiranya perkara ini berhasil, ada harapan untuk melihat pertambahan kuantiti pada aset-aset TUDM sepertimana diharapkan.

BalasHapusMenteri Koordinator Bidang Perekonomian Airlangga Hartarto meyakini Indonesia hampir tidak mungkin mengalami resesi. Berbeda dibandingkan dengan beberapa negara seperti Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Maladewa dan Laos.
"Kalau dilihat apakah dengan terjadinya ketidakpastian, negara kita akan terjadi resesi? Dari beberapa survei, kita probabilitasnya yang terendah di dunia, yaitu 1,5%," kata Airlangga dalam Rapat Kerja Nasional Percepatan Penyelesaian dan Pra Evaluasi PSN, di Jakarta, Selasa, (14/5/2024).
Airlangga mengatakan level kemungkinan Indonesia mengalami resesi lebih kecil ketimbang negara lain dunia. Berdasarkan data yang dipaparkan Airlangga, Jerman punya probabilitas resesi paling tinggi mencapai 60%; Italia mencapai 55%; zona Eropa 40%; Thailand 30%; dan Korea Selatan 15%.
Airlangga menyebut probabilitas resesi yang rendah itu menunjukkan ekonomi RI mempunyai resiliensi terhadap ketidakpastian kondisi dunia. Dia mengatakan di tengah kondisi geopolitik yang semakin panas, perekonomian Indonesia pada triwulan I 2024 berhasil mencapai 5,11%. "Itu salah satu yang tertinggi selama ini," kata dia.
Airlangga mengatakan dengan pertumbuhan setinggi itu, Indonesia masih mampu menjaga tingkat inflasi sesuai target dalam APBN. Dia mengatakan kuatnya pondasi ekonomi ini membuat Indonesia mendapatkan penilaian bagus dari berbagi lembaga rating.
"Kita dapat rating yang baik dan inflasi kita juga di 2,5% +-1%," kata dia.

(NGEMIS) AKAN DAN SEKIRANYA BERHASIL = Teka-teki tentang cadangan Tentera Udara Diraja Malaysia (TUDM) untuk mendapatkan pesawat pejuang F/A-18 Hornet dari Kuwait nampak cerah apabila akan ada usaha dibuat ke arah itu.
Ini berikutan rancangan TUDM untuk menghantar sepasukan pegawai ke negara Teluk tersebut dalam masa terdekat tentang perkara berkenaan.
Sekiranya perkara ini berhasil, ada harapan untuk melihat pertambahan kuantiti pada aset-aset TUDM sepertimana diharapkan.
