Jakarta (ANTARA) - Komando Pembinaan Doktrin, Pendidikan, dan Latihan (Kodiklat) TNI dalam rapat evaluasi Latgabma SGS 2024 menyoroti modernisasi alutsista tempur Korps Marinir Amerika Serikat (USMC) yang diyakini menjadi referensi yang baik untuk Korps Marinir TNI Angkatan Laut.
Wakil Komandan Kodiklat TNI Marsekal Muda TNI Widyargo Ikoputra saat memimpin rapat, yang juga diikuti secara virtual oleh para peserta latihan, menilai modernisasi alutsista tempur USMC juga menjadi masukan yang baik untuk pengembangan doktrin operasi pendaratan amfibi.
“Modernisasi alutsista tempur di USMC dapat menjadi referensi yang baik bagi Korps Marinir. Penggunaan sarana angkut helikopter dalam pendaratan amfibi sebagai peningkatan alutsista di masa yang akan datang,” kata Marsda Ikoputra saat memimpin rapat evaluasi Latihan Gabungan Bersama Super Garuda Shield (Latgabma SGS) 2024, Rabu (11/9) sebagaimana dikutip dari siaran resmi Penerangan Pasukan Marinir (Pasmar) 2 Korps Marinir TNI AL yang dikonfirmasi di Jakarta, Kamis.

Sterilisasi wilayah pantai dari udara
Dalam Latgabma SGS 2024, Korps Marinir Amerika Serikat mengerahkan dua alutsista udaranya yaitu Helikopter V-22 Osprey dan CH-47 Chinook saat materi latihan operasi pendaratan amfibi di Pantai Banongan, Situbondo, Jawa Timur, pekan lalu (5/9). Marinir AS dalam latihan itu menggunakan taktik baru dalam operasi pendaratan amfibi, yaitu sterilisasi wilayah pantai dari udara. Umumnya, sterilisasi wilayah pantai dari pasukan musuh dilakukan oleh pasukan yang datang menggunakan tank-tank pendaratan amfibi dari laut.
Dalam latihan operasi pendaratan itu, tank-tank pendaratan tetap digunakan, tetapi mereka masuk ke wilayah pesisir setelah sterilisasi wilayah rampung dilakukan oleh V-22 Osprey dan Ch-74 Chinook milik USMC.
Rudal balistik dalam operasi amfibi
Dalam rapat evaluasi yang sama, Ikoputra juga menyoroti penggunaan rudal balistik dalam operasi amfibi. Wakil Komandan Kodiklat TNI itu menilai penggunaan rudal balistik untuk menghancurkan sasaran di lokasi pendaratan dapat menjadi gambaran baru yang baik dalam pengembangan doktrin TNI.
Oleh karena itu, dia pun berharap Latgabma Super Garuda Shield dapat terus berlanjut ke depannya. Dia menilai latihan militer bersama pasukan dari negara-negara maju menjadi ajang berbagi pengetahuan mengenai taktik dan persenjataan, sekaligus menjadi ruang untuk berdiplomasi antarsesama angkatan bersenjata.
Rapat itu, diikuti oleh seluruh peserta Latgabma SGS 2024, termasuk di antaranya Komandan Batalyon Infanteri 5 Marinir Letkol Marinir Ahmad Fauzi, yang pasukannya terlibat dalam latihan pendaratan amfibi Latgabma SGS tahun ini.
Latgabma SGS 2024 berlangsung pada 26 Agustus sampai dengan 6 September di Situbondo, Jawa Timur; Baturaja, Sumatera Selatan; dan di Karawang, Jawa Barat.
Dalam rangkaian Latgabma SGS 2024, operasi pendaratan amfibi di Pantai Banongan, Situbondo, melibatkan pasukan dari empat negara, yaitu Indonesia, Amerika Serikat, Jepang, dan Singapura.
TNI Angkatan Laut dalam latihan itu mengerahkan kapal LPD-nya yaitu KRI Makassar-590, sementara Angkatan Laut Singapura mengerahkan RSS Resolution.

Tomczyk revealed that while Poland initially pursued the acquisition of the FA-50s from South Korea with the expectation of receiving operational aircraft, it subsequently emerged that the armaments intended for these aircraft had been discontinued. So far, Poland has received 12 of the jets in the GF (Gap Filler) version, but Blaszczak failed to secure weapons for them, Cezary Tomczyk, a deputy defence minister, told parliament on Thursday.
According to him, the delivery of the 36 remaining jets in the PL version custom-made for Poland "is largely at risk" and delays in their deliveries may reach nine months.
While praising the role the FA-50s are playing in the Polish Air Force, Tomczyk said that they can only be used as training aircraft.

2024 = KUALA LUMPUR: Housing loans made up the largest chunk of household debt in Malaysia at 60.5%, it was revealed. The Finance Ministry stated that the aggregate national household debt stood at RM1.53 trillion between 2018 and 2023. In aggregate, it said the household debt for 2022 was RM1.45 trillion, followed by RM1.38 trillion (2021,) RM1.32 trillion (2020), RM1.25 trillion (2019) and RM1.19 trillion (2018). “The ratio of household debt to gross domestic product (GDP) at the end of 2023 also slightly increased to 84.2% compared with 82% in 2018,” it said.

2024 = KUALA LUMPUR: Housing loans made up the largest chunk of household debt in Malaysia at 60.5%, it was revealed. The Finance Ministry stated that the aggregate national household debt stood at RM1.53 trillion between 2018 and 2023. In aggregate, it said the household debt for 2022 was RM1.45 trillion, followed by RM1.38 trillion (2021,) RM1.32 trillion (2020), RM1.25 trillion (2019) and RM1.19 trillion (2018). “The ratio of household debt to gross domestic product (GDP) at the end of 2023 also slightly increased to 84.2% compared with 82% in 2018,” it said.

Tomczyk revealed that while Poland initially pursued the acquisition of the FA-50s from South Korea with the expectation of receiving operational aircraft, it subsequently emerged that the armaments intended for these aircraft had been discontinued. As a result, the Polish Ministry of Defence has received 12 aircraft that are no longer capable of fulfilling combat roles.....

According to him, the delivery of the 36 remaining jets in the PL version custom-made for Poland "is largely at risk" and delays in their deliveries may reach nine months.
While praising the role the FA-50s are playing in the Polish Air Force, Tomczyk said that they can only be used as training aircraft.
