Kota Bandung (ANTARA) - PT Dirgantara Indonesia (DI) membidik untuk terlibat dalam perakitan akhir, uji terbang, sertifikasi, kemudian pemeliharaan dan perbaikan (MRO) jet tempur KF-21 Boramae hasil kerja sama RI-Korea Selatan (KFX/IFX) manakala prototipe pesawat itu masuk tahap produksi massal.
Direktur Utama PT Dirgantara Indonesia Gita Amperiawan saat bertemu wartawan di fasilitas produksi PT DI, Kota Bandung, Jawa Barat, Jumat, menjelaskan PT DI setidaknya harus berjuang untuk masuk dalam rantai produksi pesawat hasil kerja sama RI-Korsel tersebut.
Oleh karena itu, Gita menyampaikan PT DI saat ini fokus mempersiapkan kemampuannya untuk ikut terlibat dalam produksi massal pesawat tempur generasi 4.5 KFX/IFX KF-21 Boramae.
“Harus ada keseriusan ke depan kita punya kemampuan di bidang produksi fighter (pesawat tempur). Jadi, apapun programnya di berbagai macam ofset, tujuannya cuma satu, bagaimana PT DI mampu ke depannya membangun fighter,” kata Gita Amperiawan.
Kementerian Pertahanan RI sebagai wakil Pemerintah RI menyesuaikan kontribusi dananya terhadap proyek kerja sama membangun pesawat tempur KF-21 buatan Korea Aerospace Industries (KAI) dengan Pemerintah Korea Selatan. Kontribusi yang diberikan Indonesia pun terhadap proyek KFX/IFX itu saat ini sebesar 600 miliar won atau sekitar Rp6,95 triliun dari komitmen awal sebesar 1,6 triliun won atau sekitar Rp18,5 triliun.

Dari penyesuaian itu, Gita menyebut PT DI pun saat ini dalam tahap menyusun capaian-capaian apa saja yang dapat dilakukan oleh perusahaan plat merah tersebut.
“PT DI itu sedang menyiapkan untuk mampu. Itu yang pertama. Kedua, PT DI perlu menyusun semua capaian-capaian dengan biaya itu sehingga biaya yang sudah dikeluarkan oleh pemerintah untuk program KFX ini memang bermanfaat (worthy). Pertanggungjawaban kami kepada bangsa dari belanja anggaran untuk KFX ini sedang kami siapkan,” kata Direktur Utama PT DI.
Kepala Biro Hubungan Masyarakat Sekretariat Jenderal Kementerian Pertahanan RI Brigjen TNI Edwin Adrian Sumantha saat ditanya mengenai ofset KFX/IFX yang diterima Indonesia setelah penyesuaian kontribusi itu menyebut Pemerintah RI saat ini berunding soal kerja sama alih teknologi proyek kerja sama pembuatan pesawat tempur itu setelah adanya penyesuaian.
“Ada beberapa alih teknologi (ToT) akan didapatkan dari kerja sama pengembangan bersama pesawat tempur KFX/IFX, yaitu kemampuan produksi bagaimana mendesain, membangun pesawat tempur, membuat beberapa komponen meliputi sayap, ekor, beberapa bagian body belakang pesawat, dan beberapa pylon/adapter untuk persenjataan dan sensor, melakukan final assembly (perakitan akhir), uji terbang, dan re-sertifikasi untuk pesawat IFX,” kata Karo Humas Setjen Kemhan RI saat dihubungi di Jakarta pada 20 Agustus 2024.
Dia melanjutkan ToT yang diincar Pemerintah Indonesia dalam proyek gabungan itu juga terkait kemampuan operasi dan pemeliharaan, yang mencakup integrated logistics support, perawatan pesawat tempur KFX/IFX, pengembangan sistem latihan untuk pilot dan teknisi, serta kemampuan untuk menyelesaikan masalah (troubleshooting) saat operasional.
“Kemudian, kemampuan modifikasi dan upgrading, yaitu melakukan desain integrasi dan re-sertifikasi unique requirement berupa drag chute, eksternal fuel tank, dan air-refueling, serta melakukan integrasi sistem persenjataan baru, avionik, sensor, dan elektronik,” sambung Edwin melanjutkan alih teknologi yang diharapkan diterima Indonesia dalam proyek kerja sama itu.

According to him, the delivery of the 36 remaining jets in the PL version custom-made for Poland "is largely at risk" and delays in their deliveries may reach nine months.
While praising the role the FA-50s are playing in the Polish Air Force, Tomczyk said that they can only be used as training aircraft.

Kepala Biro Humas Setjen Kemhan Brigjen TNI Edwin Adrian Sumantha mengatakan istilah yang tepat atas langkah yang diambil pemerintah terkait pembiayaan proyek pesawat tempur KF-21 adalah 'penyesuaian pembayaran' (payment adjustment), bukan 'pemotongan pembayaran'. Ia mengatakan penyesuaian tersebut sejalan dengan kemajuan kerja sama yang telah dan masih akan dilaksanakan bersama Republik Korea.

LUNAS 2053 BILA TIDAK NAMBAH HUTANG
The Federal Government is expected to be able to settle its debts by 2053 by taking into account the number of new loans made for deficit financing purposes and refinancing maturing debts from 2024 onwards, said the Ministry of Finance (MoF).

The Finance Ministry stated that the aggregate national household debt stood at RM1.53 trillion between 2018 and 2023.
In aggregate, it said the household debt for 2022 was RM1.45 trillion, followed by RM1.38 trillion (2021,) RM1.32 trillion (2020), RM1.25 trillion (2019) and RM1.19 trillion (2018).
“The ratio of household debt to gross domestic product (GDP) at the end of 2023 also slightly increased to 84.2% compared with 82% in 2018,” it said.
