Kegiatan diawali Dankosek II selaku penanggungjawab survei menerima paparan dari Dansatrad 221 Ngliyep Mayor Lek Anjar Edi Prastowo, S.T., yang membahas rencana pengoperasian Unit Radar Pacitan oleh Satuan Radar 221 Ngliyep dalam waktu dekat.
TNI Angkatan Udara memiliki beberapa Satuan Radar baik yang berada dibawah Kosek I, Kosek II, Kosek III dan Kosek IV. Salah satu Satuan Radar dimaksud diantaranya adalah Satuan Radar 221 Ngliyep dibawah jajaran Komando Sektor II dengan Komandan Sektor (Dankosek) Marsma TNI Dedy Ilham S. Salam, S.Sos., M.M.
Senin (15/1/2024) Dankosek didampingi Askomlek Kosek II dan Aspers Kosek II mengadakan survei kesiapan pengoperasian Radar Head Pacitan oleh Personel Satrad 221 Ngliyep di Desa Poko Kecamatan Pringkuku, Kabupaten Pacitan.
Survey Dankosek II yang didampingi dari personel Srenaau selaku Kasatgas pengadaan Radar Kolonel Lek Bambang Sugiarto melakukan pemantauan tentang kesiapan radar untuk dipersiapkan sebaik mungkin agar pada saat pelaksanaan pengoperasian dapat berjalan dengan baik, aman dan lancar.
Selanjutnya Dankosek II dan rombongan meninjau fasilitas sarana dan prasarana yang ada di Unit Radar Pacitan dibawah Satrad 221 Ngliyep.

Beliau juga menjelaskan, permohonan Najib dibuat selepas pembentangan Bajet 2022 dan sebab itu ia tidak dimasukkan dalam pembentangan baru-baru ini.
