8 OV-10C of the RTAF will transfer to PAF (photo : Wikimedia)The Philippine Air Force (PAF) received four US-made OV-10C Bronco counter-insurgency aircraft from Thailand on 8 September.
The aircraft were the first of eight that Thai Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra promised his government would donate when Philippine President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo visited Bangkok last April. The US government originally supplied the OV-10 to Thailand in the early 1970s.
