Raytheon Co., McKinney, Texas, is being awarded a $23,933,208 firm-fixed-price contract for 24 Multi-Spectral Targeting systems. The system is an airborne, electro-optic, forward-looking infra-red, turreted sensor package that provides long-range surveillance, high altitude target acquisition, tracking, range-finding, and laser designation, and for all tri-service and NATO laser guided munitions.

contract includes purchases for the government of Australia under the Foreign
Military Sales (FMS) Program under FMS Case AT-P-SCF.
Work will be
performed in McKinney, Texas, and is expected to be completed by December 2013.
Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This
non-commercial contract was procured and solicited on a sole source basis under
Basic Ordering Agreement N00164-12-G-JQ66.
The Naval
Surface Warfare Center, Crane, Ind., is the contracting activity
