Keunikan Desain dan Identitas
P2 Tiger 4x4, diproduksi oleh PT Sentra Surya Ekajaya (SSE), mengusung keunikan dalam desainnya.
Meskipun berbeda dengan P2 Commando, namun P2 Tiger memiliki kemiripan dengan Turangga 4x4, terutama dalam kapasitasnya yang mampu membawa 10 pasukan serta dilengkapi dengan kontrol senjata remote control weapon system (RCWS) untuk senapan mesin berat kaliber 12,7 mm.
Dibangun dari Sasis Rantis Kamaz Rusia
Yang membuat P2 Tiger semakin istimewa adalah penggunaan sasis rantis Kamaz buatan Rusia dalam konstruksinya. Dengan ini, kehandalan dan ketangguhan P2 Tiger semakin teruji.
Standar Proteksi yang Tinggi
P2 Tiger 4x4 menawarkan standar proteksi tinggi dengan memenuhi standar STANAG 4569 level 1.
Ini berarti rantis ini mampu menahan terjangan proyektil kaliber 5,56 mm dan 7,62 mm NATO, menjadikannya pilihan ideal untuk berbagai misi termasuk penyerangan, pengintaian, patroli jarak jauh, dan penyelamatan VVIP.
Performa Mesin dan Teknologi Canggih
Ditenagai oleh mesin diesel V8 cylinder turbo charged berkapasitas 10.857 cc, P2 Tiger memiliki power output mencapai 260 hp pada 2.000 rpm, dengan peak torque mencapai 1080 Nm pada 2.000 rpm.
Sistem kemudi menggunakan power steering dengan hydraulic, sementara transmisinya mengadopsi sistem manual dengan 6 tingkat percepatan maju dan 1 mundur.
Teknologi CTIS (central tyre inflation system) memberikan kemampuan untuk mengatur tekanan angin pada tiap ban secara otomatis, memastikan traksi optimal di berbagai medan.
Dimensi dan Kemampuan Taktis
Dengan panjang 6,75 meter, lebar 2,5 meter, dan tinggi 2,6 meter, P2 Tiger memiliki wheelbase sepanjang 4,18 meter dan ground clearance mencapai 380 mm.
Beratnya mencapai 10.500 kg (normal) dan 12.500 kg (berat penuh), membuatnya dapat dengan mudah dimuat dalam ruang kargo pesawat sekelas C-130 Hercules.

the AV8 is an AFV and it was never designed to fight an Abrams. But for that price it should not only fight an Abrams it should tore it to pieces! I will not bore you with numbers but the rest of the 8×8 AFV cost around RM10 million each or cheaper (Western ones) while Russians and Chinese ones goes much, much cheaper. RM30 million a piece everything on the AV8 should be designed in country and made locally. Instead it will have a Turkish body, a South African turret with gun and ATGW launcher, a German engine and French radios and electronics and assembled here.It was designed in the USA however, the country that bought an AFV from the Swiss....

Pantesan pusat kavaleri lebih merekomendasikan terrex atau pandur2 untuk diakuisisi TNI karena dari segi kualitas dan perfoma lebih baik dari jenis kavaleri yang dimiliki Jiran dikawasan ☺️
