PTDI Kerjakan Modernisasi 9 Unit Pesawat C-130 Hercules Milik TNI AU

Jakarta - PT Dirgantara Indonesia (PTDI) resmi menandatangani Perjanjian Kerja Sama (PKS) dengan Komando Pemeliharaan Materiel Angkatan Udara (Koharmatau) untuk memodernisasi pesawat C-130 Hercules milik TNI AU.

Penandatanganan PKS ini dilakukan oleh Direktur Utama PTDI Gita Amperiawan dan Komandan Koharmatau (Dankoharmatau) Marsekal Muda TNI Oki Yanuar, di Ruang Courtesy Call Koharmatau, Bandung.

Dalam hal ini PTDI akan melakukan pendayagunaan sumber daya dalam rangka Center Wing Box Replacement (CWBR) dan Avionic Upgrade Program (AUP) terhadap 9 unit pesawat C-130 Hercules di Hanggar Aircraft Services (ACS) milik perusahaan.

Persiapan induction untuk unit pertama direncanakan di Depohar 10 pada bulan Oktober 2024, diikuti dengan pergeseran pesawat pertama tersebut ke PTDI pada bulan November 2024 untuk melanjutkan proses induction.

Dari segi waktu, pengerjaan CWBR diperkirakan membutuhkan waktu kurang lebih 5 bulan, sedangkan AUP diperkirakan selama 6 bulan.

"Melalui kolaborasi ini PTDI dan Koharmatau dapat saling memperkuat kompetensi dan kemampuan dalam pengelolaan pesawat C-130 Hercules, yang merupakan salah satu aset vital bagi Angkatan Udara kita," kata Gita dalam keterangan resminya, Rabu (2/10/2024).

Lebih lanjut, Gita menjelaskan perjanjian kerja sama tersebut juga mencakup beberapa aspek penting yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kapabilitas kedua pihak dalam mendukung operasional pesawat C-130 Hercules TNI AU.

Di antaranya adalah pendayagunaan SDM yang fokus pada peningkatan kemampuan dan keterampilan personel melalui pelatihan pemeliharaan pesawat C-130 Hercules; pemanfaatan special tools & ground support equipment; serta pemanfaatan fasilitas Bonding & Composite PTDI untuk pembuatan komponen komposit dalam kegiatan perbaikan.

"Dengan penuh komitmen kami akan memberikan hasil terbaik untuk meningkatkan efektivitas operasi pesawat C-130 Hercules, baik dalam menjaga kedaulatan dan keamanan wilayah, maupun menjalankan misi kemanusiaan," ucapnya lagi.

Di luar itu, Gita mengatakan PTDI akan melaksanakan pekerjaan perawatan dan modernisasi pesawat C-130 Hercules dengan mengoptimalkan penggunaan sumber daya lokal dan fasilitas yang ada, guna mendukung pertumbuhan sektor pertahanan dalam negeri.

"Kolaborasi ini akan menjadi salah satu bentuk investasi jangka panjang untuk membangun ekosistem pertahanan negara yang solid dan berkelanjutan, serta mendorong inovasi teknologi di bidang penerbangan dan pertahanan," jelas Gita.

Sementara itu, Marsekal Muda TNI Oki Yanuar mengatakan berbagai alutsista milik TNI AU yang mulai dari pesawat tempur sampai pesawat latih, sampai dengan saat ini pemeliharaannya 60% masih dikerjakan di luar negeri.

"Kita punya industri pertahanan, ada PTDI, kenapa tidak kita manfaatkan kerja sama dengan TNI AU, support apa yang teman-teman indhan belum miliki dan apa yang Koharmatau belum miliki di-support juga, yang pada akhirnya kita dapat bersama mewujudkan kemandirian industri pertahanan atau kemandirian Alutsista TNI AU," jelas Oki.

"Dari kolaborasi antara kedua belah pihak ini nanti para teknisi senior kami bisa memberikan transfer of knowledge untuk bagaimana memelihara pesawat C-130, termasuk publikasi teknis yang dimiliki. Begitu pula sebaliknya, ketika nanti kami ada kekurangan publikasi teknik untuk pesawat CN235 atau NC212i, kita bisa saling berkolaborasi," pungkasnya.

    Nampak gaya,impian untuk melihat TLDM menambah bilangan kapal selam dimilikinya daripada dua buah kepada empat buah akan hanya direalisasikan menjelang tahun 2050.

  20. Perusahaan perawatan, perbaikan dan overhaul (maintenance, repairs and overhaul/MRO) pesawat asal Malaysia, AIROD Sdn Bhd, mengincar potensi bisnis MRO jangka panjang senilai US$ 300 juta atau setara dengan Rp 4,52 triliun (asumsi kurs Rp 15.095) dengan PT Dirgantara Indonesia atau PTDI.

    Mengutip The Malaysia Reserve, Sabtu (4/2), potensi besaran kerja sama ini diutarakan setelah kedua perusahaan menandatangani perjanjian komitmen dengan PTDI bulan lalu.

    Dalam jangka pendek, perjanjian tersebut diharapkan menghasilkan US$ 10 juta atau setara dengan Rp 150,95 miliar untuk perbaikan, pelatihan, dan bantuan teknis terkait armada pesawat C-130 milik Tentara Nasional Indonesia-Angkatan Udara (TNI-AU).

    Sebagai informasi, pada 8 Januari 2023, kedua perusahaan telah menandatangani perjanjian komitmen kerja sama. Penandatangan perjanjian tersebut, dilakukan saat Perdana Menteri Malaysia Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim berkunjung ke Indonesia.

    Penandatangan komitmen kerja sama antara kedua perusahaan dilakukan oleh Senior Vice President AIROD Datuk Edron Hayata Ahmad dan Chief Executive Officer (CEO) PTDI Gita Amperiawan.

This followed various home-ownership incentives offered by the government and the private sector, as well as sales and service tax (SST) incentives for motor vehicle purchases between 2020 and 2022,” it said.
