Nexter in cooperation with Advanced Defense Systems (ADS) is proposing the CAESAR 155mm 52 .cal self propelled howitzer to the Malaysian Army, in order to fill a capability gap. An LoI is signed during day three of DSA 2016.
20 units are to be supplied, which include the supporting vehicles, and will boost the Malaysian Army's firepower inventory.
