“Perjanjian Pengembangan dan Produksi APC KAPLAN (APC HARIMAU)” yang ditandatangani antara FNSS dan PT Pindad berdasarkan kontrak utama yang disepakati antara PT Pindad dan Kementerian Pertahanan Indonesia untuk memenuhi kebutuhan Angkutan Personel Beroda Rantai kelas 30 ton Angkatan Darat Indonesia. Kesepakatan tersebut secara resmi ditandatangani di SAHA EXPO pada bulan Oktober 2024, di mana FNSS juga meluncurkan model konsep awal KAPLAN APC di stannya.
Kendaraan ini mampu membawa 13 tentara termasuk penembak, pengemudi & komandan. Kendaraan ini memiliki kemampuan untuk bergerak dengan kecepatan tinggi di jalan raya atau medan lintas negara, dan dapat beroperasi di semua jenis iklim. Sistem suspensi canggih dirancang untuk mengurangi getaran kendaraan dan meningkatkan daya cengkeram jalan. Kendaraan ini memiliki infrastruktur elektronik kendaraan berarsitektur terbuka yang memungkinkan integrasi mudah berbagai peralatan misi seperti Sistem Manajemen Medan Perang dan kamera kesadaran situasional 360 derajat yang menyediakan penglihatan siang dan malam bagi awak dan yang turun dari kendaraan.
KAPLAN APC/Harimau APC dilengkapi dengan sistem kemampuan bertahan modular untuk menawarkan solusi efektif terhadap ancaman medan perang yang terus berubah. Kendaraan ini dilengkapi dengan paket perlindungan terhadap ancaman balistik, ranjau, dan bahan peledak rakitan. KAPLAN APC/Harimau APC juga menawarkan opsi sistem perlindungan aktif terhadap rudal anti-tank dan granat berpeluncur roket.
KAPLAN APC/Harimau APC adalah kendaraan modular, yang dirancang dengan kemungkinan opsi integrasi untuk sistem menara berawak dan tak berawak, dipersenjatai dengan kaliber ringan dan sedang serta mortir 120mm dan menara ATGM serta sistem persenjataan.

2011 PENGADAAN LCS = Pengadaan enam LCS pada 2011 itu juga dilakukan tanpa tender terbuka. Kapal-kapal itu akan dibangun di Galangan Kapal Boustead dan unit pertama sedianya dikirim pada 2019.

2019 LCS DIJANGKA = KD Maharaja Lela setelah ditugaskan, diluncurkan secara seremonial pada Agustus 2017. Seharusnya telah dikirim ke RMN pada April 2019

2022 LCS DIJANGKA = menurut jadual asal, setakat Ogos 2022 sepatutnya lima buah kapal LCS harus disiap dan diserahkan kepada TLDM.

2025 LCS DIJANGKA = Kapal pertama Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) TLDM itu dijangka hanya akan siap pada tahun 2025, iaitu 12 tahun selepas projek itu bermula pada Oktober 2013 dan kerajaan telah memPAY RM6 bilion kepada kontraktor utama projek itu.
