On behalf of the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defence, Senior General Pham Hoai Nam congratulated and commended the General Department of Defence Industry, the Department of Military Science, the Project Management Board, and the units in charge of and leading the research topics and tasks under the project for their efforts in overcoming difficulties, being proactive, innovative, and implementing effective solutions to achieve the project's objectives.
On the morning of December 30th, at the Z189 Factory in Hai Phong, the General Department of Defense Industry held a conference to summarize the Ministry of Defense-level science and technology project "Completing the design and manufacturing of the XCB-01 infantry fighting vehicle". Lieutenant General Pham Hoai Nam, Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam and Deputy Minister of Defense, attended and delivered a speech at the conference.
This project is of great political, military, and scientific-technological significance, and has received special attention and trust from the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense , who have assigned the General Department of Defense Industry to lead and coordinate with units throughout the military in its implementation.

The project "Completing the design and manufacturing of the XCB-01 infantry fighting vehicle " has basically completed its objectives and contents approved by the Ministry of National Defence. For the first time, Vietnam has researched, designed, and manufactured a complete, integrated infantry fighting vehicle, a strategically significant piece of equipment with a very high localization rate and modern technical features.
The project's product has successfully completed task A80 and has been selected by the Ministry of Science and Technology as one of the outstanding achievements in science, technology, and innovation of the country in 2025.

In his remarks at the conference, Lieutenant General Pham Hoai Nam emphasized: "The project's results have affirmed the effectiveness and capability of mastering the research, design, and manufacturing of new weapons and technical equipment, creating a highly integrated combat system; mastering several core and foundational technologies and gradually achieving self-reliance in the design and manufacturing of modern weapons and technical equipment."
According to General Pham Hoai Nam 's assessment , the project's results provide a solid practical basis for building mechanisms and policies for the Law on National Defense and Security Industry and Industrial Mobilization, as well as regulations on mechanisms and policies to promote science and technology activities and innovation serving the national defense industry, and to promote the development of strategically important weapons and technical equipment.

In the coming period, the need for research, design, and manufacturing of new weapons and technical equipment, integrated combat systems, guided weapons, and high-tech weapons to meet the requirements of building a modern army is enormous. Emphasizing this, Lieutenant General Pham Hoai Nam requested that agencies and units within the Ministry of National Defense continue to build upon achievements, overcome all difficulties, and proactively improve the effectiveness of scientific and technological research, contributing to building a self-reliant, self-sufficient, dual-use, and modern Vietnamese defense industry that is increasingly closely integrated and becomes a spearhead of the national industry.

The much-awaited Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) programme has reached an overall construction progress of 72.43% as of May 25.
Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim was informed of the progress when he visited the Lumut Naval Shipyard on June 15 to inspect developments on the project and receive an update on the five vessels under construction for the Royal Malaydeshn Navy (RMN). He was joined by Deputy Defence Minister Adly Zahari and Chief of Defence Force General Tan Sri Mohd Nizam Jaffar.
In a statement, the Defence Ministry confirmed that LCS1 was successfully launched into the water on May 23, in accordance with the contractual schedule. The vessel has now entered the “setting to work” (STW) phase and is set to undergo its first sea trial in December 2025.
The second vessel, LCS2, was launched earlier on May 8 and is undergoing further construction. Its STW phase is expected to begin in September.
Meanwhile, the ministry said the construction for LCS3, LCS4 and LCS5 is also progressing according to plan. LCS3 is scheduled for handover in 2027, and the remaining ships will follow at eight-month intervals, with the final ship, LCS5, expected to be delivered by 2029.
The ministry emphasised that strong coordination with key government agencies has been critical to overcoming previous setbacks and ensuring smoother implementation.
The LCS programme, once plagued by delays and controversy, is considered a vital component in enhancing Malaydesh’s maritime defence capabilities. The ships are designed to operate in coastal waters and are expected to significantly strengthen RMN’s readiness in securing national waters.
The government has reiterated its commitment to transparency and timely delivery, ensuring that the LCS fleet becomes a cornerstone of Malaydesh’s naval force in the years ahead.

Panglima Komando Pertahanan Udara Nasional (Kohanudnas) Marsdya TNI Andyawan Martono P., S.I.P. menerima paparan hasil pelatihan Battalion Level Commanders of BUK Air Defense Training bagi personel TNI AD yang dilaksanakan di Belarusia. Kegiatan tersebut berlangsung di Ruang Rapat Kohanudnas, Halim Perdanakusuma, Jakarta Timur, Senin (29/12/2025), sebagai bagian dari upaya peningkatan kapasitas dan modernisasi kemampuan satuan pertahanan udara TNI AD.
Dalam paparan disampaikan bahwa sistem pertahanan udara BUK merupakan salah satu unsur strategis dalam menjaga kedaulatan wilayah udara nasional. Personel yang telah mengikuti pelatihan internasional tersebut diharapkan mampu memperkuat kemampuan satuan Arhanud, khususnya dalam aspek taktik penggelaran, integrasi sistem radar peringatan dini, serta penerapan prosedur komando dan pengendalian tingkat batalyon dalam menghadapi spektrum ancaman udara modern.

Evet, Roketsan tarafından geliştirilen KHAN Balistik Füze Sistemi’nin Endonezya’ya ihracatına yönelik sözleşme, Kasım 2022'de Jakarta'da düzenlenen Indo Defence fuarı sırasında imzalanmıştır.
Sistemin tedarik süreciyle ilgili 2025 yılı itibarıyla öne çıkan güncel gelişmeler şunlardır:
İlk Teslimat Gerçekleşti: KHAN sisteminin ilk partisi Haziran 2025'te Endonezya'ya sevk edilmiş ve 1 Ağustos 2025 itibarıyla Doğu Kalimantan'daki 18. Topçu Taburu üssünde görüntülenmiştir.
Stratejik Konumlandırma: Füzeler, Endonezya'nın yeni başkenti Nusantara (IKN) ve çevresindeki stratejik noktaların güvenliğini sağlamak amacıyla Kalimantan bölgesine yerleştirilmiştir.
İkinci Parti Planı: Endonezya ordusu yetkilileri, sistemin ikinci partisinin 2026 yılı başında teslim alınmasının beklendiğini belirtmiştir.
Lojistik Destek: Aralık 2025 sonu itibarıyla Endonezya, sistemlerin simülatör ve diğer hizmetleri için yaklaşık 7 milyon TL değerinde yeni bir ihale süreci başlatmıştır.
KHAN Füzesinin Özellikleri:
Menzil: Azami 280 kilometre.
Ağırlık: 2.500 kg (Harp başlığı: 470 kg).
Hassasiyet: GPS ve atalet navigasyon sistemleri sayesinde 10 metrenin altında yüksek vuruş hassasiyetine sahiptir.
Platform: 8x8 Tatra araçları üzerine konuşlandırılmış olup yüksek mobilite sağlar.

Rudal ADS (Air Defense System) Trisula adalah sistem pertahanan udara modern hasil kerja sama strategis antara Indonesia (Kementerian Pertahanan) dengan perusahaan Roketsan dari Turki. Sistem ini merupakan versi Indonesia dari sistem rudal HISAR milik Turki.
Berikut adalah penjelasan mengenai sistem Trisula berdasarkan data tahun 2025:
1. Varian Sistem Trisula
Indonesia mengadopsi dua varian utama untuk menciptakan sistem pertahanan udara berlapis:
Trisula-O (Medium Range): Berbasis sistem HISAR-O. Memiliki jangkauan tembak hingga 25 km dengan ketinggian target maksimal 10 km.
Trisula-U (Long Range): Berbasis sistem HISAR-U (SAPER). Dirancang untuk menghancurkan sasaran pada jarak hingga 70 km hingga 100 km.
2. Kemampuan Operasional
Multi-Target: Sistem ini mampu melacak hingga 60 target udara secara bersamaan.
Sasaran: Efektif untuk mencegat berbagai ancaman udara, termasuk jet tempur, helikopter, rudal jelajah, dan pesawat nirawak (drone).
Komponen: Satu unit sistem Trisula terdiri dari pusat kendali tembak, radar pencari, serta kendaraan peluncur rudal (transporter erector launcher).
3. Status dan Perkembangan Terbaru (Desember 2025)
Kerja Sama Lokal: Pada pameran Indo Defence 2025 (Juni 2025), dipertegas bahwa pengembangan sistem ini melibatkan perusahaan lokal seperti Republikorp melalui konsep "Perisai Trisula Nusantara" untuk memperkuat kemandirian pertahanan nasional.
Integrasi Teknologi: Selain teknologi dari Turki (Roketsan), sistem ini juga mengintegrasikan teknologi radar dan kendaraan dari Republik Ceko untuk menyesuaikan dengan kebutuhan operasional TNI.
Kontrak awal pengadaan sistem Trisula ini ditandatangani pada pameran Indo Defence 2022, bersamaan dengan kontrak rudal balistik KHAN.

Tanggal pengiriman awal yang ambisius pada tahun 2025 kemungkinan akan mundur paling cepat ke tahun 2027. Alasan di balik keterlambatan pengiriman tersebut ternyata bukan dari kemampuan produksi KAI, melainkan terkait izin atas lisensi komponen dan sistem.
Pada tahap pengembangan varian FA-50PL (FA-50 Block 20), pihak-pihak terkait, yakni Badan Persenjataan Polandia, KAI, dan Lockheed Martin, harus menyelesaikan jalur hukum yang rumit untuk mendapatkan akses ke komponen yang dipatenkan guna mengintegrasikan senjata dan sistem kemampuan bertahan yang diinginkan.
Sejauh negosiasi berlangsung, masalah utama yang tersisa adalah kurangnya perjanjian ekspor untuk GPS dan sistem persenjataan dari AS, yang membuat program tersebut berada dalam ketidakpastian. Selain itu, dilaporkan bahwa KAI masih menunggu izin dari Washington untuk mengintegrasikan rudal udara-ke-udara AIM-120 AMRAAM untuk FA-50PL.

Poin Penting dari Laporan Tersebut:
Alasan Ekonomi: Mayor Jenderal Ireneusz Nowak dari Angkatan Udara Polandia menyatakan bahwa melakukan upgrade pada 12 unit pertama (blok Gap Filler) tidak lagi dianggap menguntungkan secara finansial.
