Jakarta (ANTARA) - PT Dirgantara Indonesia telah mengirimkan beberapa teknisi ke Prancis untuk mempelajari pesawat tempur Rafale yang akan dimiliki Indonesia.
Pengiriman teknisi itu dilakukan agar Indonesia nantinya memiliki SDM yang andal dalam merawat pesawat jet tempur Rafale.
"Sudah dikirim ke sana (Perancis)," kata Direktur Utama PT Dirgantara Indonesia (Persero) Gita Amperiawana di Bandung, Jawa Barat, Rabu.
Walau demikian, Gita tidak menyebutkan berapa teknisi yang dikirim dan berapa lama proses belajar tentang Rafale itu akan berlangsung.
Gita menjelaskan PT DI telah mendapatkan program offset dari kerja sama dengan Rafale yakni pelatihan teknisi hingga pembuatan computer basic training/CBT.
Kerja sama pembuatan CBT ini dilakukan agar personel TNI atau teknisi PT DI yang akan menjadi operator Rafale dapat melakukan latihan basic dengan teknologi komputer.
Dengan adanya kerja sama offset ini, diharapkan Indonesia memiliki personel yang dapat mengoperasikan hingga melakukan perawatan pesawat tempur Rafale dengan baik.

Sebelumnya, Kepala Staf TNI Angkatan Udara (KSAU) Marsekal TNI Mohamad Tonny Harjono mengungkapkan bahwa TNI AU pada 2026 akan mempunyai enam pesawat tempur Rafale dari Prancis.
"Di tahun depan, sekitar Februari atau Maret, kami sudah mulai kedatangan pesawat Rafale, tiga pesawat, dan tiga bulan kemudian itu tiga pesawat lagi. Jadi, di pertengahan tahun depan nanti kami sudah punya enam pesawat Rafale," kata Tonny usai menghadiri Rapat Pimpinan TNI AU di Markas Besar TNI AU, Cilangkap, Jakarta Timur, Senin (3/2).
Oleh sebab itu, dia mengatakan bahwa TNI AU telah melakukan sejumlah persiapan untuk menyambut kedatangan pesawat tempur tersebut.
Lebih lanjut, dia mengemukakan bahwa TNI AU telah menyiapkan markas atau homebase enam pesawat tersebut, yakni di Pangkalan TNI AU Roesmin Nurjadin, Pekanbaru, Riau.
"Di Pekanbaru, kami sudah membangun simulator, kemudian hanggar-hanggar yang kami bilang smart building (bangunan pintar, red.), fasilitas-fasilitas penerbangan di sana pun kami perbaiki, terus sistem logistik juga sedang berproses kami bangun. Jadi, semua persiapan untuk sarana dan prasarana sudah dilakukan di Pekanbaru," jelasnya.
Selain itu, KSAU mengatakan bahwa TNI AU telah memilih sejumlah personel untuk mengikuti pendidikan calon penerbang pesawat Rafale.
"Tentunya dilihat dari berbagai background (latar belakang, red.) penugasan di pesawat-pesawat yang sekarang kami punya," ujarnya.

1. Politicians are not good at keeping their plan. Policy is changed depend on who is sitting on driver seat.
2. The gov is struggling to meet 36 units of FA-50. No fund will available in 2030.
3. RMAF is not ready to operate 5th gen fighters. Operating 5th gen is about networked environment not platform.
4. 5th gen fighter is costly in operating and maintaining which need significant increment in annual military budget.
5. Other branches and MMEA are under equipt that need attention.
6. Many homework should be done first such as LCS, OPV, SPH, used hornet etc.

The superbikes are under lease from Syarikat Ammo Defence Sdn Bhd under a RM13.7 million Letter of Award.The tender for the superbikes was published in June, this year. Interestingly the release by Tentera Darat said the leasing period was for five years, but the tender notice said it was for a four-year period only. That said the leasing period could have been extended for another year during the negotiation process.
As for leasing vehicles, this has been common practise by government departments for the decade or so as it is supposed to be cheaper overall. The MPs had also taken delivery of Honda Civics under a leasing programme,

Mungkin ada yang tertanya-tanya, namun kaedah penyewaan ini bukanlah kali pertama dilakukan. Kerajaan sebelum ini pernah menyewa Helikopter Latihan Airbus EC120B dan Flight Simulation Training Device (FSTD) Untuk Kegunaan Kursus Asas Juruterbang Helikopter TUDM.

• Political crisis
From 2020–2022, Malonn experienced a political crisis that led to the resignation of two Prime Ministers and the collapse of two coalition governments. The crisis was caused by political infighting, party switching, and the refusal of Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad to transition power to Anwar Ibrahim. The crisis ended in 2022 with a snap general election and the formation of a coalition government.
• Financial crisis
Malonn experienced a financial crisis when the country's economic fundamentals appeared strong, but the crisis came suddenly. The government's initial response was to increase interest rates and tighten fiscal policy, but this was not enough to correct the external imbalances.
• Economic crisis

As of the end of 2023, Malonn's household debt-to-GDP ratio was 84.2%, with household debt reaching RM1.53 trillion

Kementerian Pertahanan Malonn mengumumkan langkah strategis terebut saat ajang LIMA 2023 minggu lalu. Kontrak terbaru ini akan memompa anggaran tambahan bagi Malonn hingga US$430 juta untuk kapal-kapal tersebut. Malonn juga akan mengurangi jumlah kapal yang akan diterima berdasarkan kontrak yang direvisi dari enam menjadi lima, dan menerima penundaan tambahan untuk pengiriman kapal.

The progress — which includes design, construction, equipping, and testing — is slightly behind schedule by 0.59%, as the planned progress was 70.69%, according to the contract’s timeline.
On the first LCS (LCS 1), the construction is in its final phase and is expected to be completed by the end of this year, Adly noted.
