Asisten Logistik Komandan Korps Marinir (Aslog Dankormar) Kolonel Marinir Akhiyar Meideri, S.E., M.M., M.Han., mewakili Wakil Komandan Korps Marinir (Wadan Kormar) Brigadir Jenderal TNI (Mar) Suherlan, S.E., M.M., M.Sc., CHRMP. Menghadiri Paparan Rencana Pengadaan Coastal Defence dari Brahmos Aerospace Private Limited India di Hotel Oakwood Taman Mini Ceger, Kec. Cipayung, Kota Jakarta Timur, Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta. Kamis, (22/08/2024).
Mengawali presentasi dari Brahmos Weapon Dystem Kolonel Laut (E) Heriyanto, Paban III Slogal mewakili Waasrena Kasal Laksamana Pertama TNI H. Krisno Utomo, P.S.C.(J), MA, MMS, CHRMP., menyampaikan kepada peserta yang hadir bahwa kegiatan ini sebagai tindak lanjut rencana yang sudah ditentukan oleh Kementerian Pertahanan RI dimana TNI Angkatan Laut bekerja sama dengan pihak luar negeri untuk pengadaan Coastal Defence.

"Diskusi ini diharapkan menambah referensi rencana pengadaan Coastal Defence dalam memilih produk-produk yang akan diaplikasikan di TNI Angkatan Laut nantinya", ujar Kolonel Heriyanto.
Selanjutnya paparan oleh Sanjay Kumar Jiha selaku Chief General Manager Navy Brahmos Aerospace, tentang produk yang mereka miliki kemudian dilanjutkan sesi tanya jawab.
