F-22 Raptor melaksanakan hot pit refueling di Lanud I Gusti Ngurah Rai, Badung, Bali (photos: TNI AU)
Empat pesawat tempur F-22 Raptor milik United State Air Force (USAF) untuk pertama kalinya mendarat di Indonesia dan melaksanakan hot pit refueling di Pangkalan TNI AU (Lanud) I Gusti Ngurah Rai, Badung, Selasa (6/8/24). Kedatangan pesawat tempur tersebut merupakan bagian dari Iron Blade Fighter Interaction.
Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan interoperabilitas TNI AU dan USAF, memperkuat hubungan pertahanan antara Indonesia dan Amerika Serikat, serta membuktikan komitmen kedua negara dalam menjaga stabilitas dan keamanan di kawasan Indo-Pasifik.
Sebelum tiba di Indonesia, F-22 Raptor telah berpartisipasi dalam latihan multinasional Pitch Black 2024 yang digelar di Darwin, Australia. Keempat pesawat tersebut didukung pesawat C-130J Super Hercules yang membawa kru dan peralatan pendukung lainnya.
Salah satu elemen penting dari Iron Blade Fighter Interaction yaitu hot pit refueling, prosedur pengisian bahan bakar pesawat tanpa mematikan mesin. Prosedur ini memungkinkan pesawat untuk tetap siaga dan segera kembali ke udara jika diperlukan.
Sebelum pelaksanaan hotpit refueling, dilakukan briefing mengenai keselamatan dan operasional untuk memastikan kegiatan dapat berlangsung dengan aman dan lancar.

BalasHapusUniversiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) membuka Pusat Pesisir di Jakarta, Indonesia dengan menawarkan kursus pengajian pelbagai peringkat kepada rakyat negara itu.
Naib Canselor, Prof Datuk Dr Mohd Ekhwan Toriman berkata UKM telah meneliti serta memilih program-program terbaik yang bakal ditawarkan di Pusat Pesisir UKM Indonesia dalam menawarkan pendidikan terbaik di rantau Asia.
“Pemilihan program-program ini dilakukan melalui penelitian yang khusus melalui bengkel-bengkel kerjasama antara universiti, dengan program yang akan ditawarkan adalah bersifat lebih fleksibel, menjurus kepada kursus yang boleh dijalankan secara atas talian dan jarak jauh,” katanya.
Menurut beliau, Pusat Pesisir UKM Indonesia itu melibatkan kerjasama UKM dengan lapan universiti di Malaysia iaitu Universiti Malaysia Kelantan (UMK), Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM), Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM), Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM), Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI), Multimedia University (MMU), University of Cyberjaya (UoC) dan Spectrum International University College (SIUC).
“UKM menjadi universiti awam pertama yang membukan pusat pesisir ini. Kita bersama lapan universiti lain akan menawarkan program-program pengajian dari peringkat sarjana muda, sarjana, program profesional, micro-credential dan program mobiliti.
“Ini merangkumi beberapa gugusan yang meliputi pelbagai bidang termasuk Teknologi Maklumat, Undang-Undang, Kejuruteraan, Pendidikan, Perubatan dan Farmasi,” katanya.
Beliau berkata apa yang lebih menarik adalah UKM menjadi peneraju utama dalam menawarkan Open & Distance Learning (ODL) secara pesisir.
“Saya percaya program-program yang bakal ditawarkan ini mampu memenuhi keperluan pasaran sedia ada serta meningkatkan pemerkasaan dalam bidang penyelidikan kelak,” ujarnya.
Menurut beliau, pusat sepunya ini mendapat sokongan daripada Menteri Pendidikan Tinggi Malaysia yang mahukan semua universiti awam dan swasta bekerjasama di bawah satu bumbung, menggunakan fasiliti yang sama dan tidak bersaing sesama sendiri.
Tambah Mohd Ekhwan, penubuhan Pusat Pesisir UKM Indonesia secara tidak langsung akan memberikan lebih banyak akses, data, dan peluang kepada Kementerian Pendidikan Tinggi (KPT) untuk meneroka dan meluaskan peluang pendidikan.
“Ini selaras dengan visi dan misi KPT untuk menyediakan akses kepada pendidikan berkualiti, selain selari dengan lima fokus utama KPT iaitu pengantarabangsaan pendidikan tinggi.
“Ia juga bagi memastikan belia Indonesia boleh mengikuti program akademik yang diiktiraf di peringkat antarabangsa di universiti awam dan institusi pengajian tinggi swasta,” katanya.
Selain itu, beliau berkata pelajar dari seluruh Asia boleh mengambil peluang ini untuk melanjutkan pelajaran mereka dalam persekitaran baharu, memperoleh pengalaman unik dan penyampaian pengetahuan yang berbeza.
Majlis Perasmian Pusat Pesisir UKM Indonesia itu telah disempurnakan oleh Menteri Pendidikan Tinggi Malaysia, Dato’ Seri Diraja Dr. Zambry Abdul Kadir.

Malaysia Plan, 2021-2025 (Twelfth Plan), the Government maintained the statutory debt limit at 65% of GDP under the Loan (Local) (Statutory Ceiling for Borrowing) and Government Funding (Statutory Ceiling of Moneys Received) Order 2022 [P.U. (A) 399/2022] which came into effect on 1 January 2023. As at end-August 2023, the Federal Government statutory debt which comprises MGS, MGII and MITB recorded 59.9% of GDP, below the stipulated debt ceiling.
