Bertempat di booth “Aviation Ecosystem For North Bali”, PTDI Resmikan sejumlah kesepakatan untuk bangun ekosistem dirgantara di Bali. Hal ini ditandai dengan penandatanganan Framework Agreement mengenai Pengembangan Ekosistem Industri Kedirgantaraan Provinsi Bali Untuk Mendukung Transformasi Ekonomi Kerthi Bali antara Direktur Niaga, Teknologi & Pengembangan PTDI, Moh Arif Faisal dan Direktur Utama PT Jamkrida Bali Mandara, I Ketut Widiana Karya, disaksikan oleh Deputi Bidang Ekonomi Bappenas, Amalia Adininggar Widyasanti, PJ Gubernur Bali, Sang Made Mahendra Jaya dan Direktur Utama PTDI, Gita Amperiawan.
Sebagai langkah strategis untuk mendukung program Transformasi Ekonomi Kerthi Bali tersebut, bersama Pemprov Bali dan Pemkab Buleleng, PTDI mendorong inisiatif pengembangan ekosistem dirgantara di Bali Utara dengan memanfaatkan pesawat hasil karya anak bangsa, N219. Pesawat yang saat ini dipamerkan di area static display BIAS 2024, tidak hanya menjadi simbol pertumbuhan sektor dirgantara nasional saja, tetapi juga akan berperan penting dalam meningkatkan konektivitas dan mendorong pertumbuhan/ pemerataan ekonomi di Bali, terutama dalam eksplorasi wisata di Bali Utara.
Di samping itu, PTDI juga meresmikan sejumlah perjanjian kerja sama dengan beberapa industri terkait yang memainkan peran pentingnya masing-masing dalam pengembangan ekosistem dirgantara di Bali Utara. Dituangkan dalam kesepakatan Framework Agreement, PTDI dengan Bali International Flight Academy (BIFA) sepakat bekerja sama untuk kegiatan pelatihan kedirgantaraan (aviation training); PT Mulya Sejahtera Technology (MS Tech) untuk kerja sama pembangunan fasilitas MRO pesawat terbang; dan PT Nusantara Turbin &Propulsi (PT NTP) untuk kerja sama pembangunan fasilitas MRO engine & propulsion.
Pada kesempatan yang sama, PTDI juga memperoleh komitmen untuk pembelian sebanyak 2 unit pesawat N219 oleh PT Indo Aviasi Perkasa dalam rangka mendukung program Transformasi Ekonomi Kepulauan Riau. Hal ini ditandai dengan penandatanganan dokumen Letter of Intent (LoI) antara Direktur Utama PTDI, Gita Amperiawan dan CEO PT Indo Aviasi Perkasa, Septo Adjie Sudiro.

Dalam temuramah dengan majalah pertahanan berbahasa Inggeris tempatan, Asian Defence Journal (ADJ) keluaran May-Jun tahun ini, beliau juga memaklumkan bilangan jenis-jenis kapal perang yang dirancang dimiliki oleh TLDM dibawah pelan transformasi itu.

The Finance Ministry stated that the aggregate national household debt stood at RM1.53 trillion between 2018 and 2023.
In aggregate, it said the household debt for 2022 was RM1.45 trillion, followed by RM1.38 trillion (2021,) RM1.32 trillion (2020), RM1.25 trillion (2019) and RM1.19 trillion (2018).

It is riddled with corruption, poor planning, and interference by political leaders in procurement, NO longer a potent force even in managing low-level intensity conflict at a time when tensions in the South China Sea are higher than they have been since the days of the Vietnam War.
A 2019 White Paper on Defense – nearly four years ago – called for more funds and punch as well as an overhaul of the procurement system to allow professionals to decide on what weapon systems they need. Instead, PM Anwar Ibrahim’s proposal to increase the defense budget by 10 percent to fund procurement will be delayed because of budgetary considerations related to the flagging ecoNOmy, expected by the World Bank to grow at a mediocre 3.9 percent in 2023, down from an earlier estimate of 4.3 percent in April.
The immediate impact is on the Malaysian Armed Forces’ combat readiness, which depends on state-of-the-art techNOlogy, training, and morale. Without adequate funding, all three will be affected, in turn undermining the country’s planned strategic deterrence capability
