Pesawat tanpa awak Palapa S-1 (photos: RRI)Yogyakarta (ANTARA) - Fakultas Teknik Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) meluncurkan sebuah pesawat tanpa awak atau "unmanned aerial Viehicle" (UAV) dengan nama Palapa S-1 di Gedung Engineering Research and Innovation Center (ERIC) Fakultas Teknik UGM Yogyakarta, Selasa.
"Pesawat nirawak ini bisa diaplikasikan ke banyak hal. Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah -BPBD- salah satunya yang akan memanfaatkan karena pesawat nirawak ini bisa memantau bila telah terjadi bencana, gempa bumi misalnya," kata Dekan Fakultas Teknik UGM Prof Selo saat peluncuran.
Selain untuk pemantauan dampak bencana gempa bumi, Selo mengatakan pesawat buatan para staf pengajar FT UGM itu bisa difungsikan untuk kepentingan surveilans dan pemetaan, hingga untuk kepentingan patroli kebakaran hutan.
Sementara itu, Ketua Tim Periset Palapa S-1 Prof Gesang Nugroho mengatakan, pesawat Palapa S-1 itu bisa dimanfaatkan untuk bermacam keperluan tergantung sensor yang dibawa.
Pesawat nirawak tersebut pun bisa digunakan untuk "recognition militer" yaitu mengintai kondisi musuh yang jaraknya masih jauh, patroli laut, pemantauan perkebunan, pemantauan pertambangan, dan masih banyak fungsi lainnya.
Menurut Gesang, pesawat yang awalnya hendak digunakan untuk deteksi dini kebakaran hutan itu mampu melakukan pemadaman setelah mendapat data yang valid terkait titik panas.
"Pada prinsipnya bisa untuk apa saja. Kalau militer ya membawa bom atau apa sehingga bisa dipergunakan untuk itu," ujarnya.
Gesang menegaskan bahwa pesawat itu telah melalui uji keandalan, sehingga sesuai rencana pesawat itu bakal dipromosikan ke berbagai instansi, salah satunya Kementerian Pertahanan RI.
Menurut dia, pesawat nirawak yang mendapat pendanaan dari Lembaga Pengelola Dana Pendidikan (LPDP) itu memiliki tingkat efisiensi tinggi, karena untuk sekali terbang mampu bertahan di udara selama enam jam dengan jangkauan telemetri sejauh 500 kilometer.
"Enam jam terbang mampu melakukan mapping 3.500 hektare," katanya.
Gesang mengakui membutukan waktu selama tiga tahun untuk riset dan pengembangan Pesawat Palapa-S1 tersebut sejak 2021 agar strukturnya semakin ringan dan kuat sehingga "payload"-nya bisa semakin tinggi.
Saat awal pengembangannya, menurut Gesang, pesawat itu sempat disaksikan oleh Menteri Pertahanan Prabowo Subiyanto yang menyatakan bakal memanfaatkan pesawat itu setelah melewati tahap pengujian.
"Cuma saat itu belum diuji kemudian Pak Prabowo saat itu mengatakan kalau sudah diuji akan dimanfaatkan. Ini pesawat sudah selesai, sudah tes, sudah diuji keandalannya maka UGM akan melakukan pembicaraan kelanjutan," katanya.
Gesang memastikan pesawat itu telah melalui uji aerodinamik, uji stabilitas, uji telematri, uji endurance, dan uji misi di lingkungan yang sebenarnya sehingga siap diproduksi.

The Finance Ministry stated that the aggregate national household debt stood at RM1.53 trillion between 2018 and 2023. In aggregate, it said the household debt for 2022 was RM1.45 trillion, followed by RM1.38 trillion (2021,) RM1.32 trillion (2020), RM1.25 trillion (2019) and RM1.19 trillion (2018). “The ratio of household debt to gross domestic product (GDP) at the end of 2023 also slightly increased to 84.2% compared with 82% in 2018,” it said.
The ministry was replying Labis MP, Pang Hok Liong in the Dewan Rakyat yesterday who asked the ministry to reveal the country’s aggregate household debt between 2018 and 2023.
For the period from 2018 to 2023, the ministry said the average annual growth of household debt was 5.1%. Other household debts included vehicle loans at 13.2%, personal financing (12.6%) and loans for other purposes, including non-residential property purchases, credit card debt, securities and others.
“The annual growth of household debt was primarily driven by housing and vehicle loans.
This followed various home-ownership incentives offered by the government and the private sector, as well as sales and service tax (SST) incentives for motor vehicle purchases between 2020 and 2022,” it said.

"Hutang telah mencecah, liabiliti dan hutang kerajaan RM1.5 trilion. Iaitu 82% kepada KDNK. Untuk memperincinya, hutang kerajaan RM1079.6 trilion termasuk komitmen jaminan (hutang) RM205.9 bilion. 1MDB RM18.2 bilion dan liabiliti lain RM4142.2. Jumlah RM1445.9 trilion.
"Hutang Kerajaan Persekutuan telah mencecah RM60.4%. Dia termasuk khidmat hutang. (Pada) 2022 kita bayar khidmat hutang RM41 bilion dan 2023 RM46 bilion.
"Peratus hasil 2022 sebanyak 14%, 2023 16%. Ini hanya membayar faedah bukan membayar hutang tertunggak," katanya menjawab pertanyaan Ahli Parlimen Wong Kah Woh (PH - Taiping).

The Finance Ministry stated that the aggregate national household debt stood at RM1.53 trillion between 2018 and 2023. In aggregate, it said the household debt for 2022 was RM1.45 trillion, followed by RM1.38 trillion (2021,) RM1.32 trillion (2020), RM1.25 trillion (2019) and RM1.19 trillion (2018). “The ratio of household debt to gross domestic product (GDP) at the end of 2023 also slightly increased to 84.2% compared with 82% in 2018,” it said.
The ministry was replying Labis MP, Pang Hok Liong in the Dewan Rakyat yesterday who asked the ministry to reveal the country’s aggregate household debt between 2018 and 2023.
For the period from 2018 to 2023, the ministry said the average annual growth of household debt was 5.1%. Other household debts included vehicle loans at 13.2%, personal financing (12.6%) and loans for other purposes, including non-residential property purchases, credit card debt, securities and others.
“The annual growth of household debt was primarily driven by housing and vehicle loans.
This followed various home-ownership incentives offered by the government and the private sector, as well as sales and service tax (SST) incentives for motor vehicle purchases between 2020 and 2022,” it said.

2024 = KUALA LUMPUR: Housing loans made up the largest chunk of household debt in Malaysia at 60.5%, it was revealed. The Finance Ministry stated that the aggregate national household debt stood at RM1.53 trillion between 2018 and 2023. In aggregate, it said the household debt for 2022 was RM1.45 trillion, followed by RM1.38 trillion (2021,) RM1.32 trillion (2020), RM1.25 trillion (2019) and RM1.19 trillion (2018). “The ratio of household debt to gross domestic product (GDP) at the end of 2023 also slightly increased to 84.2% compared with 82% in 2018,” it said.
The ministry was replying Labis MP, Pang Hok Liong in the Dewan Rakyat yesterday who asked the ministry to reveal the country’s aggregate household debt between 2018 and 2023.
For the period from 2018 to 2023, the ministry said the average annual growth of household debt was 5.1%. Other household debts included vehicle loans at 13.2%, personal financing (12.6%) and loans for other purposes, including non-residential property purchases, credit card debt, securities and others.

"Hutang Kerajaan Persekutuan telah mencecah RM60.4%. Dia termasuk khidmat hutang. (Pada) 2022 kita bayar khidmat hutang RM41 bilion dan 2023 RM46 bilion.
"Peratus hasil 2022 sebanyak 14%, 2023 16%. Ini hanya membayar faedah bukan membayar hutang tertunggak," katanya menjawab pertanyaan Ahli Parlimen Wong Kah Woh (PH - Taiping).

The Finance Ministry stated that the aggregate national household debt stood at RM1.53 trillion between 2018 and 2023. In aggregate, it said the household debt for 2022 was RM1.45 trillion, followed by RM1.38 trillion (2021,) RM1.32 trillion (2020), RM1.25 trillion (2019) and RM1.19 trillion (2018). “The ratio of household debt to gross domestic product (GDP) at the end of 2023 also slightly increased to 84.2% compared with 82% in 2018,” it said.
The ministry was replying Labis MP, Pang Hok Liong in the Dewan Rakyat yesterday who asked the ministry to reveal the country’s aggregate household debt between 2018 and 2023.
For the period from 2018 to 2023, the ministry said the average annual growth of household debt was 5.1%. Other household debts included vehicle loans at 13.2%, personal financing (12.6%) and loans for other purposes, including non-residential property purchases, credit card debt, securities and others.

The Finance Ministry stated that the aggregate national household debt stood at RM1.53 trillion between 2018 and 2023.
In aggregate, it said the household debt for 2022 was RM1.45 trillion, followed by RM1.38 trillion (2021,) RM1.32 trillion (2020), RM1.25 trillion (2019) and RM1.19 trillion (2018). “The ratio of household debt to gross domestic product (GDP) at the end of 2023 also slightly increased to 84.2% compared with 82% in 2018,” it said.

2024 = KUALA LUMPUR: Housing loans made up the largest chunk of household debt in Malaysia at 60.5%, it was revealed. The Finance Ministry stated that the aggregate national household debt stood at RM1.53 trillion between 2018 and 2023. In aggregate, it said the household debt for 2022 was RM1.45 trillion, followed by RM1.38 trillion (2021,) RM1.32 trillion (2020), RM1.25 trillion (2019) and RM1.19 trillion (2018). “The ratio of household debt to gross domestic product (GDP) at the end of 2023 also slightly increased to 84.2% compared with 82% in 2018,” it said.
The ministry was replying Labis MP, Pang Hok Liong in the Dewan Rakyat yesterday who asked the ministry to reveal the country’s aggregate household debt between 2018 and 2023.
For the period from 2018 to 2023, the ministry said the average annual growth of household debt was 5.1%. Other household debts included vehicle loans at 13.2%, personal financing (12.6%) and loans for other purposes, including non-residential property purchases, credit card debt, securities and others.
“The annual growth of household debt was primarily driven by housing and vehicle loans.
This followed various home-ownership incentives offered by the government and the private sector, as well as sales and service tax (SST) incentives for motor vehicle purchases between 2020 and 2022,” it said.
