Pekan lalu beredar kabar bahwa Korea Aerospace Industries (KAI) telah membuat penawaran kepada Filipina untuk dapat membeli 10 pesawat tempur KF-21 Boramae Block-1 termasuk dukungan logistik terpadu/ILS (integrated logistics support). Nilai pengadaan akuisisi Multi Role Fighter (MRF) Tahap-1 ini memiliki alokasi anggaran sekitar Php 61,2 miliar yang awalnya didasarkan pada tawaran Saab untuk akuisisi 12 hingga 14 pesawat jet tempur JAS-39 Gripen baru.
Kemarin (11/09) MaxDefense Philippines dalam rilisnya menyebutkan bahwa seorang eksekutif dari KAI ketika menjawab pertanyaan selama wawancara mengatakan bahwa tawaran kepada Filipina tersebut adalah untuk pesawat KF-21 Boramae dalam konfigurasi Block-2. Wawancara tersebut terjadi di sela-sela peringatan 74 tahun Perang Korea yang baru-baru ini diadakan di Manila.
KF-21 Block-2 merupakan penyempurnaan Block-1 dengan memungkinkan lebih banyak amunisi udara-ke-darat termasuk penggunaan smart bomb buatan Amerika dan Korea, kemudian rudal jelajah Taurus Jerman, serta rudal antikapal.
Menurut sumber, peningkatan dari Block-1 ke Block-2 yang sebagian besar berupa peningkatan perangkat lunak dan beberapa modifikasi fisik bukanlah pekerjaan yang sulit. Adapun pengembangan Block-2 mungkin siap sebelum tahun 2028. Korea Selatan telah berunding dengan negara-negara yang memasok amunisi udara-ke-darat yang diperluas agar diizinkan untuk digunakan pada KF-21 Block-2.
Yang menjadi masalah sekarang adalah ketentuan pengadaan alutsista di Filipina. Pada persyaratan teknis Proyek Akuisisi MRF berlaku ketentuan bahwa produk tersebut sudah dalam tahap produksi dan bukan sebuah konsep. Dalam interpretasi hukum Filipina, Block-2 masih merupakan sebuah konsep karena masih dalam tahap pengembangan sehingga KAI tidak dapat menawarkan Block-2 karena belum tersedia, namun KAI dapat menawarkan Block-1 karena sudah dalam tahap produksi serial untuk pesanan yang dibuat oleh ROKAF.
Menurut sumber lain dari Korea, tawaran tersebut adalah untuk Blok-1 karena KAI tidak dapat menawarkan Blok-2. Namun, Block-1 yang dijual ke Filipina pada akhirnya akan ditingkatkan ke standar Block-2 setelah tersedia secara resmi untuk dapat di-upgrade.
Singkatnya, sementara penawaran KAI disebut Block-1, pesawat pada akhirnya dapat ditingkatkan ke standar Block-2 pada saat upgrade telah siap. Jadi pada akhirnya PAF akan memiliki KF-21 dengan standar Block-2 namun dimulai dulu dengan Block-1. Apapun nama penawarannya, akhirnya pesawat tetap akan mengarah ke Block- 2.

The ministry was replying Labis MP, Pang Hok Liong in the Dewan Rakyat yesterday who asked the ministry to reveal the country’s aggregate household debt between 2018 and 2023.
For the period from 2018 to 2023, the ministry said the average annual growth of household debt was 5.1%. Other household debts included vehicle loans at 13.2%, personal financing (12.6%) and loans for other purposes, including non-residential property purchases, credit card debt, securities and others.
“The annual growth of household debt was primarily driven by housing and vehicle loans.
This followed various home-ownership incentives offered by the government and the private sector, as well as sales and service tax (SST) incentives for motor vehicle purchases between 2020 and 2022,” it said.

The ministry was replying Labis MP, Pang Hok Liong in the Dewan Rakyat yesterday who asked the ministry to reveal the country’s aggregate household debt between 2018 and 2023.
For the period from 2018 to 2023, the ministry said the average annual growth of household debt was 5.1%. Other household debts included vehicle loans at 13.2%, personal financing (12.6%) and loans for other purposes, including non-residential property purchases, credit card debt, securities and others.
“The annual growth of household debt was primarily driven by housing and vehicle loans.
This followed various home-ownership incentives offered by the government and the private sector, as well as sales and service tax (SST) incentives for motor vehicle purchases between 2020 and 2022,” it said.

According to him, the delivery of the 36 remaining jets in the PL version custom-made for Poland "is largely at risk" and delays in their deliveries may reach nine months.
While praising the role the FA-50s are playing in the Polish Air Force, Tomczyk said that they can only be used as training aircraft.

Jakarta (ANTARA) - Jajaran TNI AL akan memperkuat kekuatan militer dengan mendatangkan kapal perang untuk berpatroli atau yang biasa disebut Pattugliatore Polivalente d’Altura (PPA) dari Italia dan kapal perang jenis Fregat dari Turki.
"PPA nanti mungkin akhir tahun, mudah mudahan bisa hadir dari Italia, kemudian ada beberapa kapal Fregat juga dari Turki itu mungkin tahun depan atau dua tahun yang akan datang sudah bisa hadir," kata Kepala Staf TNI Angkatan Laut (KSAL).."

Kepala Biro Humas Setjen Kemhan Brigjen TNI Edwin Adrian Sumantha mengatakan istilah yang tepat atas langkah yang diambil pemerintah terkait pembiayaan proyek pesawat tempur KF-21 adalah 'penyesuaian pembayaran' (payment adjustment), bukan 'pemotongan pembayaran'. Ia mengatakan penyesuaian tersebut sejalan dengan kemajuan kerja sama yang telah dan masih akan dilaksanakan bersama Republik Korea.

Komponen tersebut, lanjut dia, meliputi sayap, ekor, beberapa bagian badan belakang pesawat dan bagian pylon atau adapter untuk persenjataan dan sensor. Selain itu juga, kata dia, dalam melakukan final assembly, uji terbang dan re-sertifikasi untuk pesawat IFX.
2. kemampuan operasi dan pemeliharaan yaitu kemampuan mengembangkan integrated logistic support dan perawatan pesawat tempur KFX/IFX, mengembangkan sistem training untuk Pilot dan teknisi serta mendukung kegiatan trouble shooting pada saat operasional.

So far, Poland has received 12 of the jets in the GF (Gap Filler) version, but Blaszczak failed to secure weapons for them, Cezary Tomczyk, a deputy defence minister, told parliament on Thursday.
According to him, the delivery of the 36 remaining jets in the PL version custom-made for Poland "is largely at risk" and delays in their deliveries may reach nine months.
While praising the role the FA-50s are playing in the Polish Air Force, Tomczyk said that they can only be used as training aircraft.

The Finance Ministry stated that the aggregate national household debt stood at RM1.53 trillion between 2018 and 2023. In aggregate, it said the household debt for 2022 was RM1.45 trillion, followed by RM1.38 trillion (2021,) RM1.32 trillion (2020), RM1.25 trillion (2019) and RM1.19 trillion (2018). “The ratio of household debt to gross domestic product (GDP) at the end of 2023 also slightly increased to 84.2% compared with 82% in 2018,” it said
