Jakarta --- Dalam rangka mempererat hubungan kerja sama dengan negara sahabat sekaligus sebagai bentuk Naval Diplomacy, Kepala Staf Angkatan Laut (Kasal) Laksamana TNI Muhammad Ali didampingi Wakasal Laksdya TNI Erwin S. Aldedharma menghadiri acara Deck Reception di atas kapal perang Italia ITS Cavour (C-550) yang tengah sandar di Dermaga 300 Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok, Jakarta Utara, Minggu (15/09).
Kedatangan Kasal beserta Pejabat Utama Mabesal disambut hangat oleh Duta Besar Italia H.E. Mr. Benedetto Latteri, Director of Naval Armaments Vice Admiral Giuseppe Abbamonte, IT Navy Carrier Strike Group Commander Rear Admiral Giancarlo Ciappina, dan Captain (N) Francesco Fagnani.

Kasal dalam sambutannya menyampaikan bahwa Deck Reception yang digelar merupakan kesempatan yang baik untuk berkolaborasi antara kedua Angkatan Laut serta untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pertahanan dan keamanan maritim.
Kapal perang Italia ITS Cavour (C-550) adalah kapal induk short take off and vertical landing (STOVL) yang merupakan kapal induk utama Panglima Tertinggi Armada Angkatan Laut Italia yang dirancang untuk menggabungkan operasi udara pesawat tempur dan helikopter. ITS Cavour (C-550) mampu menjalankan empat kemampuan sekaligus, yaitu kemampuan sebagai kapal induk, platform logistik dan amfibi, unit komando dan kontrol, serta kemampuan sebagai kapal rumah sakit.
Turut hadir dalam kegiatan tersebut Asrena Kasal Laksda TNI Achmad Wibisono, Asintel Kasal Laksda TNI Akmal, Asops Kasal Laksda TNI Yayan Sofiyan, Aspotmar Kasal Mayjen TNI (Mar) Dr. Hermanto, serta Komandan Pangkalan Utama TNI AL (Danlantamal) III Jakarta Brigjen TNI (Mar) Harry Indarto, S.E., M.M, Perwakilan dari Kementerian Pertahanan, TNI AD, dan TNI AU.

KUALA LUMPUR: Housing loans made up the largest chunk of household debt in Malaysia at 60.5%, it was revealed.
The Finance Ministry stated that the aggregate national household debt stood at RM1.53 trillion between 2018 and 2023.
In aggregate, it said the household debt for 2022 was RM1.45 trillion, followed by RM1.38 trillion (2021,) RM1.32 trillion (2020), RM1.25 trillion (2019) and RM1.19 trillion (2018).
“The ratio of household debt to gross domestic product (GDP) at the end of 2023 also slightly increased to 84.2% compared with 82% in 2018,” it said.

"Peratus hasil 2022 sebanyak 14%, 2023 16%. Ini hanya membayar faedah bukan membayar hutang tertunggak," katanya menjawab pertanyaan Ahli Parlimen Wong Kah Woh (PH - Taiping).

Panglima TLDM Laksamana Tan Sri Mohd Reza Mohd Sany berkata, bilangan kapal itu mungkin akan berubah bergantung kepada keadaan geo-strategik rantau itu yang dinamik.
Dalam temuramah dengan majalah pertahanan berbahasa Inggeris tempatan, Asian Defence Journal (ADJ) keluaran May-Jun tahun ini, beliau juga memaklumkan bilangan jenis-jenis kapal perang yang dirancang dimiliki oleh TLDM dibawah pelan transformasi itu.
“Mengikut Pelan Transformasi 15 ke 5 TLDM, ia dijangka akan memiliki 12 buah kapal Littoral Combat Ship (LCS), tiga buah kapal Multi Role Support Ship (MRSS), 18 buah kapal Littoral Mission Ship (LMS), 18 buah kapal Patrol Vessel (PV) dan empat buah kapal selam menjelang tahun 2050,” kata beliau dalam temuramah itu.
Nampak gaya,impian untuk melihat TLDM menambah bilangan kapal selam dimilikinya daripada dua buah kepada empat buah akan hanya direalisasikan menjelang tahun 2050.

Thursday the European Union's decision to curb imports of the commodity could undermine France's hopes of winning one of Asia's biggest fighter plane deals.
France's Rafale jet, built by Dassault Aviation , has been seen as the frontrunner in Malaysia's plan to buy up to 18 planes in a deal potentially worth more than $2 billion.
But talks hit a snag after EU lawmakers sought to stop the use of palm oil in motor fuels.
Malaysia said this week it would respond with "might and tact" if the EU did not back down on the curbs.
"The jet fighters the French are looking at, the Rafale, are also competing with the Brits who have left the EU. So they have to take that into consideration," Malaysian Defence Minister Hishammuddin Hussein told a news conference.

"Hutang telah mencecah, liabiliti dan hutang kerajaan RM1.5 trilion. Iaitu 82% kepada KDNK. Untuk memperincinya, hutang kerajaan RM1079.6 trilion termasuk komitmen jaminan (hutang) RM205.9 bilion. 1MDB RM18.2 bilion dan liabiliti lain RM4142.2. Jumlah RM1445.9 trilion.
"Hutang Kerajaan Persekutuan telah mencecah RM60.4%. Dia termasuk khidmat hutang. (Pada) 2022 kita bayar khidmat hutang RM41 bilion dan 2023 RM46 bilion.
"Peratus hasil 2022 sebanyak 14%, 2023 16%. Ini hanya membayar faedah bukan membayar hutang tertunggak," katanya menjawab pertanyaan Ahli Parlimen Wong Kah Woh (PH - Taiping).
