TNI AU Gelar Fire Power Demo Tahun 2024 di Air Weapon Range Pandanwangi Lumajang
Kopasgat --- Air Weapon Range (AWR) Pandanwangi, Kab. Lumajang yang dikuasi musuh, tadi pagi menjadi lautan api, menjadi sasaran ratusan bom - bom yang di luncurkan oleh pesawat tempur milik TNI AU serta ribuan peluru - peluru dan rudal prajurit Kopasgat.
Simulasi tersebut merupakan rangkaian Latihan Puncak TNI AU FIRE POWER DEMO Tahun 2024, yang didalamnya melibatkan prajurit - prajurit Kopasgat jajaran dari Wing Komando I Kopasgat, Wing Komando II Kopasgat, Wing Komando III Kopasgat, dan Satbravo 90 Kopasgat, diantaranya prajurit Batalyon Komando 464 Kopasgat.
Dalam latihan puncak TNI AU Fire Power Demo ini prajurit Yonko 464 Kopasgat turut ambil bagian dalam pasukan Satpur pada Operasi Perebutan Pengoperasian Pangkalan Udara (OP3U), kendaraan taktis (P2 Tiger, P6 Atav) dan senban (SLT, Milkor, Mortir 81 dan 60) dan Sniper yang dipimpin secara langsung oleh Komandan Batalyon Komando 464 Kopasgat Letkol Pas Puthut HM., M.Han.
Latihan puncak TNI AU Angkasa Yudha Fire Power Demo yang disaksikan secara langsung oleh Menhan RI Letjen (Purn) Sjafrie Sjamsoeddin, Panglima TNI, Kasau, Kasad, Kasal dan pejabat utama TNI AU, dan ditinjau langsung oleh Dankopasgat Marsda TNI Yudi Bustami, S.Sos, serta dihadiri PJ Gubernur dan Forkopimda Provinsi Jawa Timur, Kabupaten Lumajang, serta masyarakat sipil.
Usai latihan Danyonko 464 Kopasgat Letkol Pas Puthut HM., M.Han menyampaikan ucapan terima kasih dan syukur alhamdulillah latihan berjalan dengan aman, lancar dan sukses berkat kerjasama, semangat serta loyal seluruh prajurit.
Latihan ini mencerminkan profesionalisme prajurit sekaligus menjadi tolak ukur kemampuan Kopasgat, jadikan latihan ini sebagai pengalaman dan ilmu yang bermanfaat dan segera adakan konsulidasi serta evaluasj, tegasnya.
Dalam kesempatan Fire Power Demo ini turut diadakan kegiatan Baksos pembagian sembako, pengobatan gratis, dan UMKM. Kegiatan berjalan aman lancar dan sukses.

Operasi SAR Tempur, Misi Evakuasi Cepat di Medan Pertempuran
Operasi Combat Search And Rescue atau SAR Tempur menjadi salah satu simulasi rangkaian Fire Power Demo Latihan Angkasa Yudha 2024 di Air Weapon Range (AWR) Pandanwangi, Lumajang, Selasa (3/12/2024).
Simulasi ini menampilkan kemampuan TNI AU dalam mengevakuasi personel yang terisolasi di medan pertempuran secara cepat, aman dan terkoordinasi meskipun dalam situasi berisiko tinggi.
Operasi SAR Tempur melibatkan Caracal Flight yang terdiri dari satu helikopter EC-725 Caracal dan dua helikopter H-225M dari Skadron Udara 8.
Dalam simulasinya, dilaksanakan evakuasi survivor dengan teknik fast rope, pengamanan wilayah operasi, dan tactical airlanded untuk membawa korban ke tempat aman.
Simulasi dimulai dengan Caracal-1 yang memastikan keamanan wilayah evakuasi menggunakan roket untuk menghancurkan potensi ancaman musuh. Setelah itu, Caracal-2 menurunkan prajurit Kopasgat dengan teknik fast rope untuk mengamankan area pendaratan sekaligus memberikan pertolongan medis pertama kepada survivor.
Di sisi lain, Caracal-3 bertugas mendukung dengan menurunkan tim medis menggunakan teknik serupa untuk memberikan perawatan lebih lanjut kepada survivor.
Sebagai penutup misi, survivor dan seluruh tim diangkut menggunakan helikopter dengan teknik tactical airlanded. Sebelum pendaratan, helikopter memastikan lokasi aman melalui survei udara. Dengan perlengkapan medis yang memadai, survivor dievakuasi ke fasilitas kesehatan yang lebih aman untuk mendapatkan perawatan lanjutan. (TNI AU)

The Malonn navy ship KD Pendekar sank on August 25, 2024, due to a combination of factors, including a navigational error, the ship's age, and strong currents:

The procurement division of the Defence Ministry has issued a tender for the supply, delivery, and commissioning for eight Very Short-Range Air Defence (VSHORAD) ground-based air defence system for the Army. The VSHORAD system is listed as the Army’s main asset and equipment for 2024.
The 23-day tender published on November 20 closes on December 19. As usual the public specifications for the tender are limited.
The indicative cost for the eight VSHORAD system is RM150 million. It is therefore unclear whether the VSHORAD system is meant for the four Starstreak carrier vehicles or Kenderaan Pembawa Misil Starstreak (KPMS) which tender was published last August.
It may well be that the Starstreak LML NG VSHORAD SAM being sought are for the KPMS. And if it’s meant to be for the KPMS it may well be the setting up of a GBAD unit for 1 Division which is based in Kuching, Sarawak. The Fifth Division based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah has a single GBAD unit, 35 RAD (Ad-hoc) which got its Starstreak KPMS, missiles, and launchers from the disbanded RMN GBAD unit.
The other Starstreak unit is 32 RAD which is based at the Terendak camp in Malacca. It is also interesting to note that the 361 Battery of RAD – the GBAD unit- with 10th Para Brigade are still equipped with the Anza Mk2 VSHORAD system procured some 20 years ago. The Thales Starstreak missiles, launchers, vehicles, and a single radar system were procured in 2015.

The Philippines received the first Strategic Sealift Vessel (SSV) from Indonesia in May 2016, and the second SSV in 2017:

KUALA LUMPUR – Rancangan perolehan aset baharu Tentera Laut Diraja Malon (TLDM) dijangka akan menelan belanja sekurang-kurangnya RM10 bilion untuk tempoh Rancangan Malon Ke-13 (RMKe-13).
Perkara tersebut dinyatakan oleh Timbalan Menteri Pertahanan, Adly Zahari semasa Perbahasan Penggulungan Laporan Ketua Audit Negara (LKAN) di Dewan Rakyat, hari ini.
Menurut beliau, perolehan Kapal Misi Pesisir (Littoral Mission Ship) Batch Kedua (LMSB2) yang dilakukan oleh kerajaan pada Jun lalu merupakan sebahagian daripada usaha untuk memperkasakan armada TLDM.
“Di bawah RMKe-13 pula, usaha memperkasakan armada TLDM diteruskan dengan termeterainya perjanjian perolehan bagi tiga buah kapal Littoral Mission Ship Batch 2 dengan negara Turkiye baru-baru ini,” katanya di Dewan Rakyat.
Perolehan 3 buah LMSB2 itu dilakukan melalui kaedah Government to Government (G2G) dengan negara Turkiye.
RMKe-13 merangkumi tempoh tahun 2026-2030.
“Perolehan bagi baki 3 buah LMS lagi akan dimasukkan di bawah RMKe-13,” ujar beliau.
Selain LMS, TLDM turut merancang perolehan 2 buah kapal Multi Role Support Ship (MRSS), 3 buah kapal Littoral Mission Ship Batch 3, 4 buah helikopter anti kapal selam dan 6 buah Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV).
“Proses perolehan bagi aset-aset baharu ini dijangka berlangsung sehingga 2030. Kesemua perolehan aset TLDM ini dianggarkan berjumlah RM10 – RM11 bilion bergantung kepada keadaan ekonomi semasa kerajaan,” katanya.

Three weeks ago, the Madani government announced that it had struck a deal with China to lease 62 new train sets for KTM Bhd. The estimated cost for the deal is RM10.7 billion and it will be covered in installments over a 30-year lease period.How does this relate to the military, then? Not much really, but I was told recently that there are proposals for the leasing of one hundred three-tonne GS Cargo trucks and un-known number of VSHORAD systems for the Army. And just maybe, the approved leasing deal for KTMB may tip the scale in favour of the truck and VSHORAD proposals. There is also the massive leasing deals for helicopters for all the services to think about.Anyhow, the cost for leasing the three-tonners – the lease is for eight years – will be around RM150 million, I was told. This means – if the leasing project is approved – it will cost more – than what we paid for 150 three tonne trucks from Deftech in 2022.
The proponents will say that the Army will not have to spend extra money to pay for the maintenance and support for the trucks, though. That said we have no idea of the maintenance and support costs for 100 three tonners for eight years though. The closest thing on the maintenance cost for Army vehicles was the one for the Adnan ACV (RM122 million for 20 years), which to me is cheap compared to the procurement cost (RM1.3 billion for 267 vehicles). Is this comparable (in percentage terms) to the cost of maintaining one hundred three tonne trucks?

KUALA LUMPUR – Rancangan perolehan aset baharu Tentera Laut Diraja Malon (TLDM) dijangka akan menelan belanja sekurang-kurangnya RM10 bilion untuk tempoh Rancangan Malon Ke-13 (RMKe-13).
Perkara tersebut dinyatakan oleh Timbalan Menteri Pertahanan, Adly Zahari semasa Perbahasan Penggulungan Laporan Ketua Audit Negara (LKAN) di Dewan Rakyat, hari ini.
Menurut beliau, perolehan Kapal Misi Pesisir (Littoral Mission Ship) Batch Kedua (LMSB2) yang dilakukan oleh kerajaan pada Jun lalu merupakan sebahagian daripada usaha untuk memperkasakan armada TLDM.
“Di bawah RMKe-13 pula, usaha memperkasakan armada TLDM diteruskan dengan termeterainya perjanjian perolehan bagi tiga buah kapal Littoral Mission Ship Batch 2 dengan negara Turkiye baru-baru ini,” katanya di Dewan Rakyat.
Perolehan 3 buah LMSB2 itu dilakukan melalui kaedah Government to Government (G2G) dengan negara Turkiye.
RMKe-13 merangkumi tempoh tahun 2026-2030.
“Perolehan bagi baki 3 buah LMS lagi akan dimasukkan di bawah RMKe-13,” ujar beliau.

KUALA LUMPUR – Rancangan perolehan aset baharu Tentera Laut Diraja Malon (TLDM) dijangka akan menelan belanja sekurang-kurangnya RM10 bilion untuk tempoh Rancangan Malon Ke-13 (RMKe-13).
Perkara tersebut dinyatakan oleh Timbalan Menteri Pertahanan, Adly Zahari semasa Perbahasan Penggulungan Laporan Ketua Audit Negara (LKAN) di Dewan Rakyat, hari ini.
Menurut beliau, perolehan Kapal Misi Pesisir (Littoral Mission Ship) Batch Kedua (LMSB2) yang dilakukan oleh kerajaan pada Jun lalu merupakan sebahagian daripada usaha untuk memperkasakan armada TLDM.
“Di bawah RMKe-13 pula, usaha memperkasakan armada TLDM diteruskan dengan termeterainya perjanjian perolehan bagi tiga buah kapal Littoral Mission Ship Batch 2 dengan negara Turkiye baru-baru ini,” katanya di Dewan Rakyat.
Perolehan 3 buah LMSB2 itu dilakukan melalui kaedah Government to Government (G2G) dengan negara Turkiye.
RMKe-13 merangkumi tempoh tahun 2026-2030.
“Perolehan bagi baki 3 buah LMS lagi akan dimasukkan di bawah RMKe-13,” ujar beliau.
Selain LMS, TLDM turut merancang perolehan 2 buah kapal Multi Role Support Ship (MRSS), 3 buah kapal Littoral Mission Ship Batch 3, 4 buah helikopter anti kapal selam dan 6 buah Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV).
“Proses perolehan bagi aset-aset baharu ini dijangka berlangsung sehingga 2030. Kesemua perolehan aset TLDM ini dianggarkan berjumlah RM10 – RM11 bilion bergantung kepada keadaan ekonomi semasa kerajaan,” katanya.

“The contract with Malon’s Navy will be inked next August. There is a possibility that they will order more than one MRSS. The platform for MRSSs is similar to the one for the Indonesian Navy’s LPD and the Philippines’ SSV. However, the MRSS will be bigger, 163 meter-long, and fully-armed.” The orders from foreign navies, he stressed, proved that PT PAL possessed shipbuilding technology on par with that of other countries’ shipbuilders.

KUALA LUMPUR – Rancangan perolehan aset baharu Tentera Laut Diraja Malon (TLDM) dijangka akan menelan belanja sekurang-kurangnya RM10 bilion untuk tempoh Rancangan Malon Ke-13 (RMKe-13).
Perkara tersebut dinyatakan oleh Timbalan Menteri Pertahanan, Adly Zahari semasa Perbahasan Penggulungan Laporan Ketua Audit Negara (LKAN) di Dewan Rakyat, hari ini.
Menurut beliau, perolehan Kapal Misi Pesisir (Littoral Mission Ship) Batch Kedua (LMSB2) yang dilakukan oleh kerajaan pada Jun lalu merupakan sebahagian daripada usaha untuk memperkasakan armada TLDM.
“Di bawah RMKe-13 pula, usaha memperkasakan armada TLDM diteruskan dengan termeterainya perjanjian perolehan bagi tiga buah kapal Littoral Mission Ship Batch 2 dengan negara Turkiye baru-baru ini,” katanya di Dewan Rakyat.
Perolehan 3 buah LMSB2 itu dilakukan melalui kaedah Government to Government (G2G) dengan negara Turkiye.
RMKe-13 merangkumi tempoh tahun 2026-2030.
“Perolehan bagi baki 3 buah LMS lagi akan dimasukkan di bawah RMKe-13,” ujar beliau.
Selain LMS, TLDM turut merancang perolehan 2 buah kapal Multi Role Support Ship (MRSS), 3 buah kapal Littoral Mission Ship Batch 3, 4 buah helikopter anti kapal selam dan 6 buah Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV).

Former Royal Malonnn Navy (RMN) chief Tan Sri Ahmad Ramli Mohd Nor failed to quash his three counts of criminal breach of trust totalling RM21 million over the Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) project scandal.
High Court judge Datuk Azhar Abdul Hamid made the decision today on grounds that the issue of the 80-year-old accused's mental fitness to stand trial should be investigated by the trial judge.
The High Court also ordered the case to be remitted back to the Sessions Court before judge Suzana Hussain.

The number of Littoral Combat Ships (LCS) in Malon was reduced from six to five due to the LCS 6 not starting construction and the equipment being used on the other LCS. The construction of the five LCSs is expected to be completed in 2029, which is a significant delay from the original contract where LCS 5 was supposed to be delivered in 2022.
